I was a bit disappointed with this hotel.
Positive aspects: Their communication through WhatsApp was excellent—they responded very quickly. On the first day, the staff was nice, and the girl who prepared breakfast did a great job.
Things to avoid: Do not book the hotel’s transfer. They charge twice the price of an Uber. Avoid booking tours through the hotel. After paying at the reception, they will send you to a “guide office,” where you are required to pay an additional $50 per person. If you refuse, they will offend you in their language. The tour itself is disappointing, with only three stops lasting less than an hour. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than 1-2 nights. The neighborhood is messy, and the hotel is overpriced for the area. The rooms are not clean, and housekeeping is nonexistent. They do not change the sheets or clean the room, but they will provide extra towels if requested. The pillows were also dirty. There is barely enough hot water for one person to take a shower. The AC does not work at all; there is only a small electric heater. They do not give you your change back unless you ask for it. This is not really a hotel but more of a...

One of the best places I've stayed in. Also the rooms are amazing with an amazing view of...
