Hello every body around the world don't reserve in this hotel as the staff is very bad and very ruuuuuuuude. And the manger of hotel is very bad.|I have reserved 2 suites. |I have a case in my first visit to this hotel which is I have asked them to arrange the dinner for my children at 8.30 pm after I called the reception and they told me that they will arrange it. I have went wiz my kids to restaurant and the chief told that there is no food for us and shout on me and told me that there is no food and go out of the restaurant as this hotel owned by military forces and we have no orders to make foods at 8.30 pm. |Also I have asked to some1 clean my room they told us they can't clean up the room coz the hotel is complete wiz guests and they have no big no of room service people to clean up our room.|Also when I asked that they should change the towels of my suites they refused coz they don't have enough...
Read moreWhen one travels to the Siwa Oasis, you can't expect a Hilton or Ramada. The Siwa Oasis Hotel is run by the army and is the best available in the town. I was expecting something out of my days in the army but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very basic but you get a fridge, a TV and a nice balcony view. The meals were good and the omelet chef in the morning does a great job. The staff were very helpful and they did an incredible cleaning job on the rooms. There is even wifi in the lobby which was free and quite fast given the location. (Faster than the lobby wifi at our Cairo and Alexandria hotels)||||I would discount the review below by Ahmed. Read moreI stayed at a part of the hotel that was just outside the main entry to the compound, I think the building I stayed in was built as officers quarters or something, as a result I didn't really use the facilities inside the grounds (pool etc) as I was out during the days anyhow exploring. There was always one or 2 people around the building I was in to answer questions or get you anything you needed. They had a bonfire and music at night which was a nice touch.
