I wouldn't recommend anyone comes here in all honesty I will just mention the main points of my 10 day experience.
1- The food was just not great the dishes that were meant to be hot even at the beginning of meal times come out cold and I'm sure they do not stick to monitoring temperatures of meats as myself and others mentioned feeling unwell from the food served. 2-Internet connection was not good enough this should be throughout the resort and go guest rooms. 3- Constant harassment in the resort you cannot chill along without having a seller or animation the girls in the team where okay but otherwise they will be in your grill. I saw sand sellers, photos, experience,juices/ice cream, bracelets, tattoos. It's exhausting and takes away from a relaxing holiday experience.A red flag for avoidance is available but they do ignore those. 4-Do not believe the quantity of reviews as the staff also pester for that and tried demanding my phone to write and do the review. But glad this happened as it shew me where to write my overall time. 5-Service of drinks you pretty much constantly wait to be seen in order to get drinks. Request the all inclusive menu or staff will try charge you for extras. Also the prices of everything here you will be mugged off I travel often so recommend you guys use the get your guide app to avoid this. 6- Inappropriate treatment from male members of staff this was mainly from an animation team member called Mido but girls in 20's , 30's will most likely have the same issue. Asking out all the time, for room numbers, personal details and making comments about sleeping with other tourists before so just be cautious and if you order spirits they may over pour to try make you drunk and to away your decisions. It's the least safe I've ever felt in general. And I'd say 95 percent of the entire staff are guys so you don't get a break. I only got left alone after snapping after 8 days of saying no 🤦🏾♀️ 7- The airport is beyond disorganized and the amount of searches is just something else just seems anything to look organized but the staff snap when timings are over running due to there own work pace.
The only thing we liked was the sea life, cats and the great guests we met...
Read moreFrom the moment we arrived at Arabella Azur, we knew we’d stumbled upon something special. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a Mediterranean-style dream tucked along the shores of the Red Sea, humming with character, charm, and calm.
The architecture is something out of a fairytale, with whitewashed domes and winding walkways that lead you from one picture-perfect corner to another. The sea is never out of sight, and the private beach, with its soft sand and crystal-clear water, feels like your own secret cove.
The rooms? Spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a boho-coastal vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Waking up to the gentle sound of the waves and watching the sun rise over the water is a kind of peace I didn’t know I needed.
But what truly makes Arabella Azur shine is the staff. Warm, welcoming, and always smiling, they go above and beyond to make your stay feel personal. Whether you need help organising an excursion, or just want a top-up on your cocktail by the pool, someone’s always there with genuine hospitality.
The food was delicious and varied—plenty of Egyptian classics (the fresh seafood was divine) and international options too. We loved the relaxed vibe of the restaurants, especially dining al fresco with a sea breeze drifting through.
The snorkelling right off the jetty was a highlight—vibrant corals, colourful fish, and that surreal feeling of floating in a giant aquarium. If you’re up for more adventure, they offer diving, boat trips, and sunset sails, but honestly? We were just as happy lounging under a parasol with a good book and a mojito.
Arabella Azur is laid-back luxury, where the world feels far away and time slows down. We left with sun-kissed skin, full hearts, and plans to return as...
Read moreThe Hotel is just grate. Very beautiful rooms and so many nice waiters. All people are so friendly and kind. The meals are well prepped but sometimes unsalted but in generell very good. My personal highlight was the house reef and the gym.
Often, especially in African countries, everybody is „friend“ and „bro“ with you, makes you compliments but only to sell you their stuff. This gets very annoying after a while. The bad thing is, that it is the same in this hotel. Though I think u can’t find I hotel without some people being like this. That’s their job so I don’t mid about that. But in the other hand their are people like Fady Adel. He‘s a waiter at the beach near the reef and I can tell you, i‘ve never met a more friendly and open minded person than him. I thank him so much for the great time and all these beautiful memories I could create through this man. It was so funny with him and me and my sister laughed a LOT with him.
What is also recommendable, besides booking a trip to this hotel, was the snorkelling trip we took on our last day. We not only had the chance to see some wonderful coral reefs, besides the one in the hotel, but also we got the chance to see some dolphins. Big shout out to Red Sea (the company who does all these wonderful snorkelling/diving trips) for this wonderful trip (the meal was even better than in the hotel)
So to put it in a nutshell, only recommendable for everyone. No matter if u like or dislike snorkelling, the Azur vibe will...
