Egypt. Hurghada. Paradise restaurant and cafe. We decided to visit this restaurant for lunch because the reviews in the internet were rather promising. We chose to lunch on the upper floor (mind your step when going up!). The staff is friendly. It was the middle of the day so there were no visitors and very calm. The interior is very interesting. You can take the usual table or have your meal on the floor on the pillows like local people. There is a TV set (we asked the hostess to switch it on for cartoons for our kids). Menu is rich for such type of restaurant. Besides on the first page of menu different spa and massage services are advertised as the master of this place (personally came to us to offer these servises) provides them. The food is very tasty and the portions are very big (we took 2 lasagnas, but each was very big, so we ate one and asked to pack another to take it away). Chicken Caesar salad and Greek salad are wonderful. Chicken soup is tasty too, our daughter (about 2 yo) ate almost whole big bowl. Icy cold cocktails are recommended. Good place, prices are a bit expensive but expected for such service, big portions of tasty dishes. (be prepared to pay 14% tax plus your bill). I recommend to have meal in this place if you live in apartments somewhere...

I’ve been ordering mushroom soup in every restaurant I’ve eaten here in Hurgadha as it is my favourite soup. This place was the worst soup I’ve eaten. It had no taste. My friend whom tasted the soup said it tasted like flour with water. The Hawawrshi was way too expensive, and not at all like all the hawawrshi I’ve tested in almost all restaurants I’ve been in so far. If it wasn’t for the fact I was so hungry, I would probably not have even eaten the food.
I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone other than for maybe a tea or coffe to experience the kozy interior. That was all wich lifted the experience a bit.
The service was also not anything to give any good rating.
So when food and service is not good, unfortunately it cannot...
Read moreParadise Restaurant in Hurghada is a solid choice if you’re looking for a wide selection of international dishes in a clean and well-managed setting. I visited multiple times in May and was impressed each time. The service was consistently excellent – polite, attentive, and fast.
I tried both fish and chicken dishes, and all were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Cutlery comes hygienically packaged, and the overall cleanliness is outstanding. Prices are slightly above the local average, which is reasonable given the quality.
Although tipping is often included in Egyptian restaurant bills, a few extra dollars for great service go a long way – the staff truly appreciate it. Don’t be stingy if you’re treated well – it’s worth it in...
