Hotel Manantiales — Hotel in San Salvador

I was welcomed by a fellow man who didn't know how to look up my reservation for the night and also called, I guess his supervisor, who did ask me for the reservation number he took my phone to see and was asking me how much did I paid for the night, he tried to check in my phone, I took it back, and told him my info was private, that I had already paid my fee for that night, also heard a lot noise around 5 am. Do NOT recommend. This hotel has new owners and the atmosphere has completely changed. It is not very clean or well run. A\C did not function correctly and shower did not drain. The Wi-Fi has very weak signal so people can not use in their rooms, therefore there are always men lounging outside their rooms to use Wi-Fi and talk on the phone. The receptionist is very professional and nice .. But the hotel is so dirty and poorly run, I would recommend staying in ANY other hotel...

I visited the Hotel Manantiales and it was a different experience than I expected. The hotel is in a good location, pleasant, clean, and enjoyable, but I think the customer service could be improved. I asked for information about the hotel, and they answered my questions, but not in the way I expected.
