Well lets start with the idea of what one person traveling expectations are compared to others, Personally i loved the place its very nice and quiet for starters ,then we go from arrival all the way to departure from the premises . Upon arrival the stuff makes feel welcome with big smiles and very polite, traveling from Canada with my wife and her specific medical needs are demanding but the room was very clean trust me in this one coming from a US Marine we know clean and what's not clean , the bed absolutely comfortable to our needs ,clean sheets and pillows even extra pillows were supplied upon demand. Front desk mostly attended by gentleman by the name of Francisco which to me and a few other guest he was dead on any time we asked for something he literally got on it to get it done, very polite and friendly person. The ladies that work all day at the premises never failed to supply a clean room ,clean washroom , water bottles and attention to details we asked for. The hotel itself obviously has some repairs to be made but to my taste its cosmetic repairs but again if I wanted luxury I would have seek Hyatt or a big chain hotel where prices are 350+ a night where I have stayed all over the world among many other big chain hotels and even they still fail sometimes with demands and needs so if you are expecting a hotel to be perfect in all senses you are doing it wrong because perfect for one person it not the same for others .Restaurant I did tried a few times food was good not great but good the prices as expected for the zone or area that the hotel its at , all in all very good place to stay affordable and clean English its a barrier at the hotel but who we kidding now a days there is google translator saw many other guest from other countries including Arabic and Hindus using it no problem communicating like that . We truly recommend this hotel . As we departure we asked Francisco front desk to help us find a driver to takes back to the airport and sure thing he did that at the time requested driver was present . thank you for reading...
Read moreI stayed at this property a couple months ago over and I loved it, I re-booked it thinking I would feel that same cozy magic I felt this time. When I got to my check in, there was no one upfront and someone told me to just have a sit until the main person came in, they gave me the key and went into the room. Room was okay, you could hear everyone, employees laugh on the hallway and talk, the next door family was very loud. Hot water did not work at all but I didn't make a big deal out of it. On my last day when I woke up, there was 2 beg bugs crawling on me and I saw there was 2 dots of blood in the bed, I knew I had been bitten. The little 2 bugs were crawling down my arm and at that point I just wanted to get up and leave. Went to the shower and to my surprise there was no running water, went to the front office and told them and they looked at me crazy and the only explanation I got was we will check but feel free to have breakfast. The breakfast crew and the meal itself was actually very nice. Came back to the front and asked if the issue was resolved and the gentlemen at the front said "not sure because the water works in every room" and I mentioned about the water not being hot all he said was "oh im sorry" so came back to the room, water was coming out but with low pressure going in and out and I just showered and let it go, didn't want to continue any conversation with no one there because I felt they didn't care. Sadly I...
