Burger King — Restaurant in Jyväskylä sub-region

Burger King is a famous and well-known chain of food and not only me but more than 50% of people like it because of the good deals compromising and good nature staff and tastes are also up to the mark, but unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with it because of the Assistant Manager of BurgerKing Downtown Branch Jyvaskyla besides the shell station named as "Mika" his behavior was too rude. he discarded the order after 10-15 minutes without any intimation I tried a lot to convince him to compensate me with my money or order, but he was not even willing to listen. I tried too hard to make him convince to give me my order or call the manager, but he was not even willing to give me any type of detail, not even willing to tell me his own name. if it's a rule that you have to discard the order without any intimation within 10 - 15 minutes, then why is it not mentioned on the invoice when we order the food, it would be discarded within 10- 15 minutes if you will not pick it up Then I after a long discussion I Had to reorder the food and use the takeaway service instead of eating there. all that I want now is either to give me my money back or the food for me that I have paid for. we are immigrants here, and we want to take good vibes and memories from Finland, but not like that, I hope you will respond to me and come back with a solution. the earlier Order number was 40 and my second order number was 90. if you need receipts of those orders then let me know payments receipts are attached below Thanks in advance Desperately waiting for...

Food: Some like the smokyness, some don't. Last couple of times the fries have been phenomenal and best out of any fast food chains. Yet, i feel like there is lack of something. Side salad was very tasty. 3.5/5.

Service: The order was delivered faster than expected. Well executed. 5/5.

Atmosphere: it's like the gas station that operates under The same roof. 2/5.

Overall: 3.5/5 Fast food burger joint inside the gas station right next to the travel center (trainstation & bus station). Only a few hundred meters to the center. Convenient location for travelers for near and far. Some great offers at times. Open until early morning last...

Kävimme kahvilassa yhdessä siskoni ja lasten kanssa. Työntekijöitä taisi sinä päivänä olla vähän, ei tarpeeksi, sillä jouduimme odottamaan tilausta todella kauan, yli puoli tuntia. Onneksi vieressä on toinen kahvila, josta voi ostaa kahvia odotellessa. Burger Kingissä kahvi on melkein aina loppu, ja latteakaan ei sieltä varmasti saa. Odotus venyi niin pitkäksi, että saimme jopa ylimääräiset ranskalaiset perunat hyvityksenä. Siitä toki kiitos, vaikka perunoissa olikin vanhan, kitkerän öljyn maku. Oikeastaan Burger King on Suomessa yleensä parempi kuin McDonald’s – siellä on siistimpää, viihtyisämpää ja ruoka maistuu paremmalta. Mutta sinä päivänä ei selvästi ollut hyvä päivä työntekijöille eikä asiakkaille. Lukuun ottamatta kitkeriä ranskalaisia ja pitkää odotusta, sandwich oli kuitenkin maukas ja lapsille se maistui hyvin.

In English: We went to the café with my sister and the kids. That day there probably weren’t enough staff working, as we had to wait for our order for a very long time – over half an hour. Luckily, there’s another café nearby where you can buy coffee while waiting. At Burger King, coffee is almost always unavailable, and you definitely won’t find a latte there. The wait was so long that they even brought us extra fries as compensation. That was nice, though the fries had the taste of old, bitter oil. In fact, Burger King in Finland is usually better than McDonald’s – it’s cleaner, more pleasant, and the food tastes better.
