It's brilliant when it works. It's the only sensible way to get from Brides Les Bains to Meribel. However it broke down this morning. Every day there is a long queue (30+ minutes) even if you come early at the opening time, the queue is already there. The lift then takes 30 minutes to go up and by the time you get up to meribel, the queues there have already started to build up so you get a new 30 minute queue.
