stayed here during the Film festival ||||great location ||buses stop right outside for both directions and is €1.50||train station 5 mins away ||||chose here because we knew we were not going to be in the room much ||||the staff really are great the best hotel staff ive had in France ||ive stayed at an ibis in Paris and many of different hotels in Chamonix ||the staff couldn't do enough for us||and dont be shy to ask for local tips or questions ||||the room itself is what i expected based on the pictures on here ||however the room could of been a little cleaner ||suppose a little longer to clean each room would make a difference the room wasn't dirty just things like skirting boards were rather dusty n little grotty looking ||the balcony had half of a cigarette from the previous occupants||||the bed the bathroom the furniture all very clean ||||Breakfast is what you expect in France and they DO have an egg boiler||this is a nice touch as anywhere that doesn't offer eggs at breakfast always gets a negative mention from me ||the rest of the breakfast was great ||fresh fruit cereals pancakes fresh juices and coffees and plenty of pastry's ||also little bags so you can take stuff away from you ||||only issue at breakfast is every day i had to pester the lady to replenish the milk again no big deal to simply ask ||||aircon in the room works great and is on a remote ||||i would stay here again if im staying in cannes but only if i know im not going to be in my room much ||the room was slightly smaller than i expected but looking at the pictures again they do not misrepresent the size of the room...

A week before arrival, on Friday evening, the hotel manager called us and said that she could not withdraw money from my bank card and that we would provide her with the data of another bank card. I told her that she would make a request to me officially through the Accor application, because I do not know who she is and immediately wrote about this situation to the hotel through the Accor application. To which she canceled our reservation. Accor did not help us, we spent a lot of time in correspondence with the hotel and with Accor, but the reservation was never restored. We ended up booking the hotel through Booking.com a couple of days before check-in, when prices had already gone up significantly because there was a big yacht show in town. Accor cannot guarantee that you will receive the service, your registration can be canceled at any time only due to a phone call and your concerns about the fact that these may be phone scammers do not...
Read moreThe hotel is excellent, and if it only has three stars, it deserves at least four. First of all, the staff is extremely kind and always smiling, they are very cordial. The rooms are clean, fragrant. They have their own parking, which is closed, not on the street, and excellent internet. It's more than enough for me, because I don't spend a lot of time in the room, just to take a shower and sleep. The hotel is close to the beach, more specifically La Bocca, so the beach is much cleaner and quieter than the city beach, the one in Cannes. From the center of Cannes, the hotel is about 2.5 km away, which in my opinion is not far for a leisurely walk along the coast and enjoying the sunset, just enough to stretch your legs a little and melt away after a whole day lying on the beach and delicious French cuisine.
If you don't feel like walking, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
I love this hotel and my husband and I have been coming here for many years. Every year they are better and more helpful.
