I know the price is low but run away from this place. Its not worth it. It started before we even checking in. They have no reception or person at a desk. Its random apartments in a building. To get your keys you need to get ahold of a person on the phone first. It’s a scavenger hunt. They didn’t have our room ready because the AC was broken so we got an "upgrade" to a sea view. We walk through the gate, and it looks like a prison. Lights don’t work so you’re walking through dark hallways to find your room. We get to our room, and we open the door to the smell of bathroom and smoke. Rooms were supposed to be smoke free. It was about 85 degrees in the room, and we immediately turned the AC on both in the living room and the bedroom. The vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Dust and lent buildup on all surfaces so we know our breathing was going to be affected and we weren’t going to stay here. Called with no answer. Started to look at other hotels in the area while we looked around the apartment. Doorknobs were coming off doors. lightbulbs missing in rooms so you couldn’t see, and lamps wouldn’t turn on. We took our shoes off when we came in and there was a black film on our socks just walking around for 5 min. roaches!!! we went into the bathroom and roaches were crawling out of drains in shower and sink. Opened the door to the toilet and figured out why the room has a hint of urine smell. The toilet room reeked of urine smell. There were Holes in the walls in every room like they had an MMA fight in every room. We returned the keys to the black key return box on the bottom of the building since we didn’t have a person to talk to. Apparently, there is a process you need to go through to drop keys off and that wasn’t their box. They didn’t refund us any money. charged a $400 deposit we didn’t get back. And charged us $600 for lost keys since we dropped them in the wrong box. STAY AWAY and RUN. I would’ve rather slept at the bus station and felt safer. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a poorly run Airbnb with none of the guarantees you get from Airbnb. I’m sure they can’t be on Airbnb since their places are so...

The most horrible experience i’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been all over the world. This is a scam ! shane on Expedia for accepting to even have this type of property as an option. They show a photo of the building most likely taken 15 to 20 years ago from the outside. The room they show you in photo is nothing like what you walk into. This is a from a horror movie experience! there are bars on the windows, the space is dark and no lighting. the person that works the place once i booked it started what’s apping me directly and asked for over 250$ for city taxes ? really ? then he asked for additional deposit of security on credit card. ! no way to even get in the property without a pin. right as i arrive the property i can’t get in as he now tell me my room is not ready and he will upgrade me for another 200$ ., so i accept and pay. once he has all my money the truth comes out ! walk into this shabby unkept building. , smells coming from everywhere as you walk thru the cat walk , but once you open the door it’s no lights. no a/c. small dark corridor with 2 doors hitting each other. and the double room barely fit a full size bed. but the dirt and scummy room was nothing compared to the dead bird on the balcony. i can keep writing but it’s better to let expedia know they have scammers . we had to leave and book last minute elsewhere ,...

BEWARE! The place is absolutely not acceptable. It literally stinks and it is dirty. No wonder as for example the ventilation trunk (which is just an open hole in the wall) almost spits dirt and bad smell into the flat. The bathroom stinks abominably and it was not cleaned. Already in front of the building there were tones of trash and dirt. The space for parking looked like a dangerous basement that could collapse every second over one‘s head. The list could be continued but I just want to erase this terrible experience from my memory. We have checked out only a few minutes after the check-in. There was no possibility to stay in this scruffy flat. Never before have we seen such a terrible place! Nobody should be deceived with old or photoshopped pictures to rent such a disgusting place. We were happy to be able to leave as soon as possible, but the situation of course caused further inconvenience as we had to book another place to stay late in the evening. But anything is better than that. I wish I would have read the reviews here or on booking.com ahead. The reviews on Airb&b where I booked it are mysteriously all ok. At least I understand now why people sometimes write that a location does not even deserve one star. This one definitely doesn’t deserve any...
