We arrived a little earlier than the 5pm check in time we were advised on the website - the greeting at reception was fantastic and we had no problem at all checking in. The room was fantastic and a lot bigger than we expected, but check the room sizes on the website before you book if in any doubt. They are self catering apartments, not a hotel as such so if you're expecting hotel services you may be disappointed but it's all detailed on the website. We were provided with more than enough bedsheets and towels for our 2 week stay - the bed was a very, very comfortable sofa bed which was easy to put up and down and the bathroom was very big so for our long stay we were really pleased. We cooked nearly every night and the facilities and utensils were more than adequate and the kitchen area more than big enough. Reception is closed for a couple of hours in the afternoon but again, it's all very clear on the website what time they are open. We had no problems at all in the whole 2 weeks of our stay and we can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so...
Read moreMy Mom has been coming here for 17 years and loved it. Over the past 3 years or So, the place has declined substantially. It has always been a simple place in an amazing location, however the service has declined so much. I am standing in the hall writing this as I have had no WiFi in our room since arriving 4.days ago. I remind the receptionist each morning and tell her that I need it in order work in the evenings. Each day she tells me that the technician came and rebooted the router. I have done that myself at least 20 times. Her response "je ne peux rien faire ". See the exemplary wiring in the pic below. Other guests are sharing our issue. Also, arriving mid afternoon after a lengthy trip, we find reception closed from noon to 4pm. Helpful. Overall, there appears to be no interest whatsoever in ensuring guests have the basic requirements. I think this will be our last...
Read moreDefinitely the best accomodation I have stayed in on the French Riviera ever. My studio was designated for 3-4 persons but I would suggest only 1-2 as there is so much furniture and little room to move around them. The balcony on the garden side faced a huge courtyard of several buildings with big trees. The larger bed measured opened 1,5 meters and kitchen utensils were more than enough with even oyester knives. I didn't mind buying toilet paper and trash bags, also cleaning for myself as this is a residence. I wrote the three different codes for gate, door and elevator on a piece of cardboard and attached it to the keys. The reception is open from 9-12 in the morning to 15-19 in the evening, when it is closed you can't leave luggage inside. The bus from Nice airport takes 75 minutes and travels through amazing landscapes including Monaco and stops in front of...
