There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place as such- it's well situated on the seafront and the food is decent. But there is a lot of small things that just make it fall below par when you're wanting a good dining experience.
The service is very slow, which I appreciate is because it's busy. But it is slow and unnattentive. The waiter slopped water all over the table and me when pouring it and didn't seem to notice or care, or at all interested in our custom. We ordered white wine and were served rose and when it was mentioned later he didnt even comment upon it. Thats not a big deal, i just dont like rosé and would appreciate them acknowledging the error. They forgot to serve our bread basket and seemed uninterested in eye contact or smiling. The salmon that he specified as served pink was cooked through and I had to ask a couple of times for mustard. The side salad was quite large and nice mixed leaves but rather like a drink made of ons alcohol would be a spirit not a cocktail, a bowl of salad leaves is mixed leaves and not a salad. I'd expect a salad to at least have a tomato...
I asked my friends opinion and he said "I guess it's ok." Which I think sums it up.

Read moreTourist trap. This restaurant caters to mostly tour groups, so good luck in getting any kind of service.
The food was served hot and with good presentation. The taste, quality and portion size were below average. The servers just throw the food on your table and runs away. If you ask for butter for your bread, they bring it to you after you finished eating the bread.
No one checks on you while you are eating your meal. When the tour group leaves, they remove all of the dishes and plates, and then finish cleaning the tables and chairs with a vacuum cleaner ....while we were still eating! When you go to wash your hands, they take away all of your dishes and cups.
Also, ocean view is misleading. You have to sit outside, across the street, in a covered area (which is very windy) to see the ocean.
Overall, a very poor dining experience.

Read moreGood restaurant with a beautiful view over the sea. If you want to sit outside with sea view better to reserve, the restaurant is big, so you can eat inside and outside in the garden or with sea view. The niçois salade was really good and enough to share as a starter, the main dishes very delicious and freshly made. Limoncello Tiramisu is a must try! The service is nice and friendly....
