A cornerstone of our stay in Menton; this market open each morning from 8am - 1pm is a treasure trove of the best of local produce. A few stand out stalls for us were the bakery and butcher counter located respectively opposite each other at the far left corner of the market hall ( n.b. the Tarte aux Pommes Fine was exceptional) and the organic fruit stall located at the centre on same row as aforementioned stalls. A must visit for anyone keen to support local producers.

There is a market inside and outside in this area. Lots of clothes, especially from Italy, food, shops, and specialty items. The lemon themed stores are lovely and there are many stalls selling fresh food and produce. Everything seems well priced, too. The whole area of the market is beautiful and there is live music. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Market hall with absolutely lovely looking produce. Think it's a bit pricier than average but you can tell that the quality is extremely high. Everything we bought (from a variety of sellers) was amazing, especially the fishmongers by one of the main entrances.
