Do not stay here!! I don’t even know where to start with this establishment. Wifi was out three days before I arrived and they did not notify me until the morning of. I had trouble checking in due to that and there is no receptionist on site until 730pm. Check in is at 4 so i had to wait and missed the concert i solely came to paris for. While i waited for reception i attempted to reach out to customer service who stated they would be available 24/7 and they were not. I called, text and email several times and did not receive no response until the following day. When i did get in contact with a representative they did not care and stated it was nothing they could do. The person i spoke with was very rude and not empathetic to my situation at all. She was huffing and puffing as i spoke. I stayed for 3 days and had not wifi meaning wifi was out at their establishment for 6 days with no fix. as a foreign wifi is crucial to my travel especially when my e sim was not working or i had no service. i had to go to mcdonald 10 minutes away multiple times a day in order to order ubers and contact places. this establishment made my trip in Paris miserable and they did not offer to accommodate or compensate me for my inconvenience. Read moreBooked this hotel specifically for air conditioning and upon check found the air conditioning didn’t work. We called three times in two hours to be told each time someone would come and look at it. We heard nothing by 7pm when the phone line shits and then had to go and speak to the night receptionist who advised it doesn’t work in the entire building and that is a “known thing”. The night receptionist is only security and could not help. We paid 440 euro for one night ans it said it had air conditioning in every room - this should not be advertised when it is known it doesn’t work and hasn’t for a while. Before confirming someone’s booking you should flag that a major amenity is not available.
It is also upsetting that the person we spoke to on the phone three times didn’t just tell us it was broken and pretended someone would come and fix it. We sat in the room waiting for someone who never came and wasted three hours.
Overnight it was very hot. One small fan provided so not everyone has a fan to sleep with. Windows can’t be left open due to street noise and bugs.
Due to the terrible service received and location being undesirable I would not recommend.

However, if you intend to book this property, a few things to keep in mind:
Communication and support: they never answered to my messages on Booking.com regarding the deposit and the check-in. This property uses a QR code to check-in. While it seems fancy, it causes problems as this is not a stable method. They don't answer if you ask for help. The sofa in the living room of apartment 1 clearly needs replacement. Beyond stains, it's extremely noisy/creaky and uncomfortable. Should be removed and replaced with a decent sofa. There was a washing machine but no drying rack... The AC unit is broken and based on online reviews, it's always been. Since the same system is responsible for the heating, bear in mind there won't be any.
