I recently had the pleasure of dining at fondue 9, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of broths, from the rich and spicy Sichuan to the comforting herbal chicken. Each broth is bursting with flavor, and the freshness of the ingredients truly stands out. We arrived extremely late but the manager was so kind and allowed us to order from the kitchen before the staff left. He also reopened the ice machine for us so we could have their bingsu. My mom fell in love with the hotpot here the first night in Paris. She loves hotpot and says they are the best she has had in her 60+ years of life. She tried a second hotpot place in the city and was appalled at the difference. This place deserves all the love and attention it can get. We hope they will open a branch in America. A unique eating experience. The food is really good and delicious. If you are new to hotpots, Will advice you to read or watch a video about it. There are certain etiquettes you will have to follow for example; use the back of your chopsticks to dip the meat in the broth, you will also have to make your own sauce at the counter. Don’t wear white clothes and be prepared for your clothes and hair to smell of fondue. Would advice to make a reservation before visiting as this place is quite popular and busy.
