The perfect location- close to all trains but enough away from the bustling tourist areas. We walked pretty much everywhere from there. The hotel is cute and quaint with a breakfast service for extra - but the service for it was lovely. Fresh pastries, fruits, coffee, cheeses, etc. The staff is very helpful and nice. The rooms are small, but clean and quiet. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Also if you are travelling and need gluten free- you can request gluten free and they’ll give you the softest bread and cookies.

Absolutely perfect! We are visiting from Australia and this hotel was everything we could have needed! The hotel staff are so lovely, the location is perfect (right next to the metro and a bus that takes your right past the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower). It was very clean, our room was always cleaned so nicely each day, and it’s so close to cafes and restaurants . We walked to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower in under 1 hour and enjoyed the city on the way. 10/10!!

Booked hotel Champerret Heliopolis randomly through online due to last minute business trip to Paris during holiday peak seasons in December. The hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful too. Hotel is right beside the train station which is really convenient. Its also walkable to Champs Elysees. Room is really tiny and wifi is not functioning well though. Would recomend if you are interested in a boutique hotel experience.

UPDATE: instead of just apologizing and making it right, they’ve just responded with downright incorrect statements. If there are security cameras, how is a conversation that lasted 5 minutes (according to call logs) about 20 minutes? I had called at 10:30 as i told the staff as I had an early train the next morning and wanted to see if my stuff was there so I could grab it before I left. As I mentioned before, the employee did in fact yell at me and told me “there is absolutely no way we have your stuff here, housekeeping didn’t find anything” and got increasing escalated with me during the course of this 5 minutes call, to wit, he ended it and hung up. I understand their point about taking the keys, but that is with the assumption that they have 24/7 desk service, but if they are taking complaint that I called them at 10:30PM, I’m not sure how that can be called 24/7 service. I’d be happy to provide them with more details but overall very disappointing.

I 100% regret booking this hotel. From the start, the service was incredibly rude. For this hotel, you need to leave the keys at the front desk when you leave. When I checked in the person at the front desk did not explain that to me or even attempt to give me any information other than my room number, and generally seemed to be bothered by my presence. The room was ok, but didn't lock properly and as other reviews have mentioned, is quite noisy. Back on the leaving the keys at the front desk point, on the second day, I left the hotel with my keys because again, no one explained this to me, and on their informational booklet in the room, they do not say that. But, when I returned they basically yelled at me for taking the keys away (even though I didn't know). Regardless of that, I tried to have a decent time, and because I was out most of the day it was fine. Fast forward to my last day, I left my bag in the hotel, and they had me just leave it out in the lobby (which I did because I was in a pinch). When I returned to pick up my bags, I ended up deciding to stay in Paris one more night. When I got to my other hotel, I noticed a pretty expensive item of mine was missing. Because I'm still here for another night, I called them to try to see if they found anything in my room or if anyone could have touched my bag (because I explicitly remembered putting it in my bag). This phone call had me shocked! Their employee told me that he was 100% sure there was nothing left behind in my room. When I asked him if anyone had access to my bags, he said 'no no it's very safe' and he started getting upset with me for calling so late (despite them saying they have 24 hour front desk service) I'm leaving Paris at 7AM and I really wanted to be able to find a resolution but their front desk employee ended up hanging up the call during our conversation. I'm appalled by the service and the rooms are decent, if not below average.

So, basically, ending my night without my things and being yelled at and hung up on by the employees, if that's the experience you want, stay here. I'm so frustrated and just shocked by this...

We had a lovely time at Hotel Champerret Heliopolis on our recent visit to Paris in June. The room was quiet (we had an inner room) as opposed to one facing the street. Saying that the hotel isn't right on a main road. It was also very close to the metro and buses. ||||It was strange at first being told to leave my room key, but as I found out through Europe this is a common thing, so it was no hassle at all. ||||They do offer breakfast, however there was a lovely small shop around the corner (Tout Chaud, 141 Avenue de Villiers, 75017 Paris) that served pastries that we enjoyed each morning for only 1 or 2 Euros each whilst sitting in a local park to enjoy the ambiance of Paris. ||||Some small feedback for the hotel:||||I had read some posts on our return home that coffee was available in the breakfast area for anyone which is apparently mentioned at check-in, however this was not explained to us, therefore we didn't get to enjoy a coffee in the hotel which I would normally have each morning to start my day. (Not sure if there is anything mentioned in the rooms paperwork about coffee facilities. If not, maybe something could be added in case it is not verbally told at check-in).||||Also, it's worth noting that when visiting in Summer, our room was not air conditioned, and it was extremely hot overnight which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were fans in the room which we appreciated, however air conditioning would be a great investment for the future. ||||We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would...
