My wife and I had just arrived on our first trip to Paris and were looking for something quick but good near our hotel. I found Roco on Google Maps and the reviews were good and the pizza looked great so we gave it a try. First off, the gentlemen who greeted us was extremely kind and forgiving that we didn't speak any French other than "Bonjour!" and was kind enough to sit and chat with us after our meal. If you are looking for authentic Italian pizza in Paris, look no further. It's not crowded, it's not mainstream and it's not flooded with tourists, but there is a steady stream of locals picking up pizza late in the afternoon which is a great sign.
