If we consider this hotel to be a three-star hotel, then it is undoubtedly one of the best three-star hotels, because it has a pleasant and dignified atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, bright, and quite spacious, and many of them have new furniture. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. The organization is at a good level, although I would like to change the way coffee and tea are served so that visitors can prepare them themselves. This creates more trust and gives guests more freedom. There are some issues that can be easily resolved. I noticed that one of the reception staff members would go outside to smoke in the charming garden located in the hotel's courtyard, which was definitely not a good thing. The cigarette smoke would seep into the rooms facing the garden. I would also like to mention that the curtains on the windows are quite transparent, and if you turn on the lights, you can immediately see everything that is happening in the room, so it would be preferable to have thicker curtains with a different fabric texture. We chose this hotel based on the reviews that the rooms were quiet. I wouldn't call this place quiet, because even though our room faced the hotel's courtyard, we could still hear the noise of nearby roads, which was quite intrusive. However, if you close the window, the noise will be much less, as will the fresh air. The cups in the room are plastic, which is not very impressive, and they should be replaced with real, beautiful cups that the hotel deserves. There is a water dispenser in the hotel lobby, and as far as I understand, this dispenser filters regular water. We used this water to make tea, but I would like to draw your attention to the buildup of limescale in the kettle, so it is better to use bottled water for boiling. I recommend that you install a regular water cooler instead of this dispenser. This is much safer for the hotel's customers and visitors. Otherwise, the hotel definitely deserves a high rating, and if it weren't for these nuances, I would...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November. When we arrived, we were greeted by the kind staff, we were able to leave our suitcases as we had arrived mid day and check in was at 2pm, we ventured around the area to look around. When we came back, they had our room ready early which was a nice touch! You do have to give a credit card for them to take details when checking in, there is no charge on this unless they deem necessary ie smoking in room, stolen items etc. The hotel staff spoke good English and we had no problems communicating with them. There is also a 5 euro per person, per night tax charge that you pay at the end.||The room itself was lovely, very clean and modern, we had a top floor room. The rooms are small, this is apparently common in Paris so we weren’t worried (although bathrooms were a tight squeeze!). Our favourite was the automatic shutter blinds, very fancy! Room was equipped with kettle, tea bags etc, safe, lots of wardrobe space and toiletries. Beds very comfy.||The hotel was in a great location, any direction you walked you will find supermarkets, restaurants and metros. You can walk 20 mins to Arc de triomphe (beware it is partly uphill) but so quick and easy to get there. This is the station you will need to go to if you are going to Disney as you can take the RER A from this metro station, super quick and easy to get to and navigate! Eiffel Tower was around 30 mins away.||The neighbourhood around the hotel felt very safe, even when walking around at night as two young girls, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. We didnt eat at many restaurants around the hotel as we went into central however we did on our final night, “II Nuovo Italian & cosy” around 8 min walk, would recommend for the best pasta!!||The hotel staff were also super helpful at arranging us a taxi to the airport, a bit pricier (65€ to CDG) but worth paying this as you know it’s guaranteed!||Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re looking for something convenient, clean and in an...
Read moreUnfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several avoidable issues, mostly related to poor service and lack of basic hospitality. Upon arrival, we asked the front desk about parking, but the person at reception didn’t seem to have any clear information. We were advised to download an app and enter all our car details, only to later realize that street parking was actually free. That unnecessary hassle could’ve been easily avoided with proper guidance. We were also given a room on the second floor, but there’s no elevator in the building. This meant carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t ideal and should be clearly mentioned when booking. Another issue was with the breakfast. We had already paid for it as part of our Expedia reservation, but the receptionist insisted it wasn’t included and told us we would have to pay €18 per person. The next morning, we had to once again show our booking confirmation to prove that breakfast was included. This lack of coordination was frustrating. To top it off, as we were heading to the airport and didn’t have time to eat in, we prepared a small sandwich to take with us. One of the staff members made a scene, rudely telling us that food must be eaten inside and not taken out. We tried to explain that we were in a rush to catch a flight, but there was no understanding or respect. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude. The lack of clear communication and basic customer service made for a very unpleasant stay. Sadly, I would not return or recommend this hotel. Such a...
