Special thanks to mrs. Nadia for her service.
As I see from previews reviews, I am not the only one who had a problem with strong odor cleaning products in the bathroom giving a sickening smell of urine and vinegar at the same time which made me sick with headache, vomiting tense and burn feeling in my eyes.
Miss Nadia was absolutely respectful and immediately upgraded me with another room .
The room wasn’t clean on time and that’s why this issue occurred because when I returned to my room at 2 pm(and I was away from early morning), it wasn’t clean and thus they had to clean it right away and right after I entered and had this unpleasant and unhealthy experience. I still have headache from this experience.
The other colleague afterwards called me and I said “thank you for your assistance but this and that happened” and instead of just simply saying ok she was constantly gaslighting me not letting me finish my sentence on the phone and not accepting the fact that simply the room should be cleaned earlier and she was trying to put the blame on me like telling me that I should notify them if I wanted my room to be cleaned earlier. I explained that the past three days they cleaned it on time and I shouldn’t be responsible to warn them to clean it on time it’s just common sense but she kept on interrupting me unrespectfully and pretending she didn’t understand my point and she kept repeating herself completely ignoring my response and this is why I am forced not to give a five star, not because of what happened but because of some personnel trying to put the blame on me, which is simply wrong. As you can see from the photos of other people I uploaded I am not the first one that this exact issue happened.
Again special things to Miss Nadia for quickly helping me get another room and to the ladies that helped me...
Read moreI will never stay at this hotel again. Despite the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The bases of the hotel does not hold 4 star standards. I was able to check in the hotel way before check-in time the hotel was overbooked for the day I arrived. I assume the maid/staff was behind on cleaning rooms and did not do a full cleaning so I cleaned what I could and went from there. When I walked into my room( the classic or basic room), I noticed that the (not-free) mini bar was not restocked, and there is was a drink, already opened and halfway drank, along with the snacks and tea, or coffee that was never restocked. I am not sure if I was compensated, but they did give me mineral water on my last night staying. They never restocked anything from the mini bar and just tidied up my room after requesting a recleaning. This is also when I found out that whoever cleaned my room took my personal face towel mistaking it for the Hotel’s towels( there was only two small towels given, and I had only used one and left the rest on the floor to be taken) I’m not sure how they mistake my towel as the hotels but I’m not even sure I’ll be able to be compensated. On my last day I had a really rough night and wanted to sleep in. Unfortunately, that was short-lived by the fire alarm going off at eight in the morning prompting an evacuation. I also think the location is a far far from everything and not easy access to a metro or bus line. Highly I would not...
Read moreA small super clean boutique 4 stars hotel in 17th arrondisement that seems a bit out of way but its not. It was our home for 3 nights in a classic room. It has easy metro connections from anywhere in Paris via Pereire metro station and the arc de triumph is literally 15 minutes walk ( add 25 minutes to that and your are at Trocadero for amazing Eiffel Tower views). Price was almost 118 euros/night.
Service at the hotel is great and team are smiley in the majority. First night we had a leak in the sink and since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn't change our room. Next day they moved us to room 302 which was a bit bigger I felt and also great. Both had bath as I requested and it was great to soak in after a day out.
The room has decent especially for Paris and not as tiny as some here described it albeit the bathroom is on the smaller side but fully equipped. Toiletries are from Rituals which is a brand I like. They served the room well doing the beds. the area is quite and residential, so no issue sleeping and the beds are very comfy especially the pillows. Minibar in the room was handy for our supermarket stuff storage. Nespresso Machine & tea kettle (I suggest bigger mugs to be provided). Safe was useful and slippers were a nice touch also.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the price/quality ratio and I feel it is a real bargain in Paris for what you get. I highly recommend it and I might be back if I had the...
