Fuir! I have been to more than 100 hotels and i have to tell that i have received the worst service here. I could not stay in the room because they gave my room to another person who made a reservation for another hotel nearby and arrived there mistakenly. I have to wait at the reception for an hour until I myself found out that the person was supposed to go to another hotel and we decided to swap the hotel. From the beginning the owners kept saying "i don't know" and "it is a fault of booking.com". When I demanded the expression of regrets and apologies, they refused it saying the it was the fault of taxi driver who took the person there in the first place. When i mentioned i am very disappointed with the service and will report to booking.com, the women literally laughed at it. There was a lack of professionalism and no sign of respect for clients. First they didn't check the name under reservation and person who checked in (one is korean name and the other is european name). Second it took 20 mins for them to actually call the person and verify.(i have to demand that many times) Third even then they didn't check her reservation well and missed that it was for another hotel. I saw her reservation and told that the hotel name was different but they didn't listen to me. I had to go to booking.com and find the hotel and show them. All the smiles and apologies to other people. Owner of the other hotel and the person who made a mistake. But not to us even with our request. They insist that we got benefits because the other hotel was "15 euros"...

You may find parking on the street, but we opted for the private parking 50m down the street in a garage for 5 euro. The staff were friendly and helpful and with the help of an American guest check in was easy. There is no lift and getting our large suitcases up 2 flights of stairs took an effort. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, although we did bump our heads a couple of times on the sloping attic roof. It was quiet at night and we slept well. The free wifi worked fine. Breakfast was very good again with...
