My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. From the moment I entered my assigned room, I was met with an unsettling surprise – bed bugs. The sight of these unwelcome pests immediately cast a shadow over what was supposed to be a pleasant stay.

Naturally, I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they decided to relocate me to a different room. However, this was not an isolated incident. While walking through the hotel's corridors, I encountered other guests who had raised the same concern about bed bugs and had also been relocated. It was concerning to see that this was not an isolated problem.

The most frustrating part of my experience was the response from the hotel's management. After waiting for an extended period, the hotel's director finally arrived to assess the situation. Unfortunately, his approach was far from satisfactory. He seemed to downplay the seriousness of the issue, insisting that there were no bed bugs to be found. His inspection was cursory at best, as he hastily moved a few items around without conducting a thorough examination. It was evident that he did not take our complaints seriously, which was deeply disappointing.

What further exacerbated the situation was the seemingly arbitrary and unfair actions of the hotel's security personnel. I witnessed a group of guests being escorted off the premises without any apparent reason. This raised questions about the hotel's security practices and left a sense of unease.

To make matters worse, the hotel appeared to actively discourage communication among guests who were voicing concerns. It seemed they were making an effort to keep groups of complaining guests separated, hindering our ability to share our experiences and potentially address the issues collectively.

In summary, my experience at this hotel was marred by the presence of bed bugs, an inadequate response from the management, questionable security practices, and what appeared to be an attempt to isolate and discourage communication among guests with concerns. This left me with a lasting impression of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the establishment.

In the end we left for...

We arrived at 16:55 I complained about the parking that is is paid for and not as per the website available. The lady behind the counter detailed it was public parking and not theirs. Were booked into room 250 (non smoking). The room stank of smoke. We were than moved to room 262. the room was in a poor state no where near the images. The first issue: 1- the lighting in the room there was only one light. 2- cigarette burns in places 3- only 2 towels for a booking of 3. 4- the windows could not be closed. 5- the door handle came off. 6- the toilets were covered in urine and fecal matter.

We asked reception to sort it out and a kind lady promised to get on it right away. When we came back from town the door handle was fixed (no window lock installed). The fecal matter and urine in the toilets were not cleaned. The fecal matter was still there at 09:00 the next day. My wife (pregnant had to go to the staff toilets on the ground floor to use the toilets which were clean. This hotel was supposed to be with parking. when we arrived the hotel does have parking but they say it it not theirs. The were lying to us every where. the parking does belong to them and they made us pay for it. When we approached the manager they first said it is public parking and it is not theirs. after 5 minutes of me showing evidence. company logo and pricing in the lobby. the manager admitted the parking is theirs but because I have already paid they wont help me. During this time one of the men behind the counter who was translating to the manager commenced translation to the manager and my wife added some information to the man who turned around to my wife and swore to her in fresh to "s h u t" up. when I asked the manager to control their staff she did nothing. The hotel itself was in a poor state of repair and dirty. I would not even give this hotel a 1 star. I want the parking charges refunded with and the transaction fees of the bank as the machine we paid did not accept...

Dont book or stay in this hotel! Rooms are without basic necessities, no closet, no hangers. Shared bathroom is not maintained cleanly. Sometimes it smells like cigarette. They do not impose the rules strictly. STAFFS are rude especially in the lobby at least from my experience, doesnt help at all especially during night hours when stores are closed already. Like tonight, i bought a wine outside and it was very late in the night like 11pm something but i did not realize i need a wine opener as well. I went down to the lobby, spoke with a male staff and asked for one, he said that another guest broke it and there's nothing he can do.. i decided to go back out but the store i bought the wine was already closed but i did not give up instantly and walked around the hotel to find a store for about 20mins below 9deg celsius but unsuccessful.. I decided to go back to the hotel lobby and spoke with the same guy. I took my chance again and asked if there is a way to give me a knife instead and i'll figure it out myself how to open my wine. He responded by showing me the broken wine opener he mentioned earlier and said this words "WE ARE NOT A RESTAURANT", THERE IS A GOOD HOTEL 3mins FROM HERE AND YOU ASK THERE. We'll he is right that this is not a restaurant but to say that to your guests... I mean seriously going to other hotel asking something coming from an outsider of their hotel. how would that look like?... i am asking nicely and expecting him to do extra mile to help me but what i got was a rude and sarcastic response and crazy advise. Also, the other night my wife was not feeling ok and she wanted to drink some tea. She went to the lobby, SAME GUY. The machine is broken for the hot water and asked this guy some help and but did nothing. Next morning, guards drinking tea And coffee from their kettle! TRULY AMAZING! I'm doing this review while we're here btw. We still have 2 days...

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing from the moment we arrived. Despite having booked and fully paid for a “Cabrio” room with a private bathroom months in advance, we were informed at check-in that there was a “technical problem” and were placed in a different room type without a private bathroom. The staff provided no clear explanation, showed no empathy, and offered no apology or solution — their attitude throughout our stay was by far the most frustrating part of the experience. The first night was particularly difficult due to my disability, as using a shared bathroom during the night felt unsafe and uncomfortable. After repeated conversations with three different staff members, we were finally moved to the room type we had booked, but only on the second night. Once in the correct room, the stay was acceptable, although there were still issues: the shower had almost no pressure when using hot water, and the curtain was damaged and did not fully close. We filed a formal complaint after our stay. To their credit, the hotel responded quickly and agreed to refund the first night — something that was the bare minimum given the situation. However, I believe a further gesture would have been appropriate considering the stress and inconvenience we experienced. I want to note that I have stayed at F1 hotels several times in the past and have always been very satisfied, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. The surrounding area also felt unsafe and dirty, with significant noise, shouting, and disturbances late at night, including from a nearby nightclub — though I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control. In short, the facilities themselves are acceptable for a budget hotel, but the handling of the situation and the unhelpful, indifferent attitude of the staff left a very negative impression.

Quite embarassing. The area is not good, the "hotel" is even worse. It has security guard 24/7 , you can imagine. It's well connected to the center, buses are close , tube is at 10 mins walk. I found rigid beds comfy. Beds were clean. The design is nice and colourful. It's not that it's cheap but it's not very clean, shared bathrooms need restoration as some toilets are broken. Men women or feel like, together. Sinks are so small you wet around. Showers floors are not steep correctly so the water stood on the floor and you couldn't easily dress up without wetting your clothes. The toilet close to my "room" shared with my corridor was broken so everyone had to go the toilets shared with all the floor and when they were cleaning (twice a day) you could change floor....if it isn't all occupied as wcs are a few. You have to prepare beds by yourself and they don't provide sheets with elastic. When they change sheets you have to redo your beds and they leave your pijamas in a not gentle way on the bed all wrapped up. No shower towel, no soap, dispenser were empty. The staff doesn't speak English, at the reception it wasn't an understandable English. Breakfast is only mediterranean and it's not great quality (fake nutella and dry croissants), the tools and stuff for breakfast are so spread around that you end up going around the hall until you collect a spoon, a sugar cube, butter and so. Nice that they have at the entrance some vending machines with food and some needs and a microwave that is so dirty that it smells burnt when on. The street outside is noisy at night, the view is the worst ever: an abandoned square of the "hotel" with some left stuff that mice enjoyed every night!!!! What I find intolerable is that they have a 360 webcam in the anti-toilets where sinks and mirrors are.

I booked without reading the reviews because it was the cheapest hotel (33€ per night inc tourist tax) I could find within a reasonable distance to the centre of Paris. Immediately after booking I came to read the reviews and was shocked but unfortunately it was non-refundable so I went in expecting the absolute worst, so here's my honest review of this low budget hotel. Location: Being on the edge of the city it is well connected, only 5 minutes from the Metro (line 13) and Tram, 2 mins from buses. About 15 mins to Champs-Elysées. Monoprix, Franprix and Lidl all within 5 mins walk. A few Cafés, bakeries and stores are near the Metro. The downside to this is that there isn't anything much at the door of the hotel itself. The area to the right of the hotel is quite dodgy, with many sketchy sellers, unfortunately some homelessness and a lot of litter. I recommend walking to the left via Porte de Saint-Open. Service: Getting a private room for the same price as a hostel already meant there must be some compromise. The reception was quick to check me in and give me information about my stay nothing overly friendly but not rude just straight to the point. Security was present at the hotel which felt reassuring especially as he was actually looking at who was entering in and out. Summary: Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how positive my experience was. I truly expected the worst but it turned out excellent for €33 a night. Its a low-budget hotel so expectations need to be set accordingly and following my 3 night stay it has far exceeded it. I would stay here again if I can get it for this cheap again.
