Chalet Sosa — Hotel in Thonon-les-Bains

What a wonderful place!! When we arrived we had home made cake, and anything at all that we wanted to drink! The children were catered for brilliantly with healthy food that they actually liked!!!!!! They had a games room to play in when the Mums and Dads tucked into the most delicious fare I've eaten in a long time, washed down by generous quantities of extremely good wine. This was all part of the price as was breakfast and regular trips to and from the bubble lift in town.||||The ski hire place met us at the chalet and kitted us out so we had skis, boots etc available to get on with the next morning, thus no skiing time wasted. The guys who run this place are two brothers, Toby and Alistair and they bent over backwards to please us. Toby was the guide and Alistair the chef and although we put on a bit of weight it was all worth it. Oh, and theres a hot tub there too, sitting there after a busy day of skiing, lunch and sunbathing up a mountain, it was just bliss to chill out in the hot tub, watching the sun set between the mountains.||||I can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic chalet for 12 people, each bedroom with an en-suite. 5-10 min easy walk to town or the bus stop is literally opposite. ||The chalet hosts are awesome and they will pick you up and drop you off to the ski lifts. ||Lovely living area that works for everyone and big hot tub. ||Great service with their referred ski equipment provider. ||Honestly can’t fault anything about this, and we have rebooked with the same company...

The hosts were forced to shut the chalet due to the Corona virus, which I understand is a terrible situation, for them more than others being in the travel industry. However, they had to cancel the booking rather than me and they are refusing to give any money back or a credit note.
