Alliance Hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

Hi, ||Me and my wife came for a short vacay to georgia and had my room pre booked at hotel Alliance...by the flydubai holiday package through voyager, ||hotels got a pleasant atmosphere and the views are good ... but unfortunately i feel sorry to state that the staffs they’ve got are extremely rude and uncivilized which totally ruined our mood !||While we were waiting for our driver at the lobby , one of their lady staffs (guessing its the roomservice) barges all the way to the lobby , comes to my wife , lifts her hand up with a dirty towel and started screaming at her , questioning her what i did with those! Honestly there weren’t any tissues kept in the room so she had to use the towels to remove her makeup .. but the lady made up her own story saying cleant our shoes with those ... whatever it was... can she scream at us in the lobby bringing to us the used towel ? Well if if was that important she should’ve done it in a civilized manner, we wouldve even paid for the damn towel !||Well i feel this was wrong on so many levels ! ||Ive stayed in so many hotels before and this kind of treatment and experience was the first time !||Secondly , the breakfast was not filling and tasted really bad ... again the staffs were too grumpy||Thirdly , it was very VERY noisy in the nights which went until 3 in the morning ,which made the stay worser ... ||Thankyou Allaiance for ruining our stay...

We were incredibly dissapointed in Alliance hotel. We made the reservation for our entire family who was visiting us oversees. My husband and I are very easy going travelers who have stayed in every kind of accomadation. We used the map they provided and the hotel was no where to be found. It was not in a great part of town either. We have visited Tbilisi several times. We spent over three hours asking locals, all of which said they have never heard of the street it listed. Also we called the front desk over 10 times. The few times we were able to get through, no one spoke English. We finally had a friend who spoke Georgian call and tell them the situation. They said they would not be charging us and apologized for the situation. They then charged our credit card anyone and said "no one ever called them". It was incredibly disappointing in a country/city that is usually so hospitable and friendly. I would not recommend giving money to people who do...
