I am usually generous with reviews but a visit to this place has several red flags:
It is hard to find place located in an apartment of residential building on 8th floor. There are little signage and we stumbled upon this place by chance only.
The menu was just printed A4 size paper where as almost all established places offer a detailed menu with pictures to give idea about portions size and description of the dishes. We asked for beer and it was not on menu. They offer limited home brewed wine and cha-cha only. A deal breaker for me.
The prices are more than comparable places nearby. We asked for outside seating that was not offered even though there were visibly unoccupied tables available. We were told that those are booked.
I can not comment on food and service as I ordered nothing because of cold attitude of staff from the beginning. I have nothing to say except that this is the most delicious place, at least in in Tbilisi. There are no unfortunate shifts, dishes or star positions here. It's exceptional professionalism in the kitchen and in the hall at any time of the day or night.
The interior, all the furniture, paintings, lighting, tableware as well can not leave indifferent

Bina is Georgian for apartment and that’s exactly how it feels - Zurab inviting you to his home. The service was excellent and warm, the place itself has a bit of a speakeasy vibe (it really is located in an ordinary apartment building), and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s my #1 restaurant worldwide ♥️ the best part about it is that the clay pots full of wine are casually located out on the balcony.
We will definitely be back - can’t recommend this place enough. It’s open even though it says temporarily closed on google maps, be sure to give him a call and reserve in advance to get the best...
