I recently visited this branch of the Alley with friends, eager to show them my favourite bubble tea shop and their delicious bubble tea, a beverage I've savored at their other branches in Neue Schönhauser Str. . While the bubble tea lived up to expectations, unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessionalism of the staff.
The two gentlemen on duty seemed to lack the customer-centric approach I've come to associate with this brand. Our friend, unfamiliar with taro flavor, politely asked if he could sample it which he did but with a response, stating it wasn't for trying. Another incident involved a staff member addressing our friend's unintentional contact with the wooden slab under the couch, citing they have to clean it, but the tone used felt unwarranted.
As closing time approached, we were abruptly asked to leave, leaving us with a sense of haste. Returning our empty cups at the counter, as there was no bin in the room, resulted in an instructive demand to take them outside where the bin was, delivered with unnecessary brusqueness.
While I appreciate the delightful bubble tea, the disappointing interactions with the staff overshadowed the overall experience. Regrettably, due to the unpleasurable experiences during this visit, I've decided not to return to this branch. I sincerely hope my feedback contributes to positive changes, ensuring a more welcoming and enjoyable experience for those who choose the Alley...
Read moreTime NOT to come back again. They have destroyed the rich, creamy tiramisu tea by adding a dash of crushed ice to it. You merchants are all the same. You offer a good product first to get attention and then you cheapen it thinking we are all idiots and won't notice. That marketing strategy is an insult so I won't be back to be insulted again by paying 6 euros for a glass of frozen water. ... Answering The Alley reply: You are only adding to the insult, writing a model reply from I don't know where without even wanting to go near Wilmersdorferstr to see for yourself what they pour into the glasses and not only that, but trying to alarm me in a veiled way by alluding to certain "authorities". A merchant should put more trust in what his customers say and not let the dogs loose to threaten him. My assessments are not only my own, but those of the person who was with me and, just so you know, we both came home with sore throats, which had not happened to us before with that tea, but you will not hear me allude to any "authorities" for compensation. I am simply exercising my right to...
Read moreThis place is one of the best boba spots in berlin. They make the tapioca boba just perfect not to hard and not to soft (they make thier own boba (the tapioca) btw) . The workers here are so kind and awesome. They treat you with respect and are bi/multilingual so when you speak English its no problem to order here. The store is very clean and the decorations are very cool. Like 3 little plushies under the counter isn't that cute. The big deer when you come in is bringing so much life in this place is awesome and the music is making me dance in the store HAHA. The order overview where you can see the different bobas and teas is very clear and clean. Its pretty cheap too. Much more stuff to write about but this would take ages. Overall a 10/10 would recommend to anyone who askes me what the best boba store...
