Einstein Kaffee — Restaurant in Berlin

There was unnecessary music blasting from the speakers, it was so loud you couldn’t hold a conversation. The attitude of the staff was almost stand-offish, they made me feel pretty unwelcome. They looked annoyed as soon as they saw me entering. Also, I got my coffee served in a to go cup, even though I said I wanted to drink it inside… (And you could clearly hear the TikToks that one of the employees were looking behind the counter. Even if your job is boring, you could be more discreet about it.🙂)...

I was here on Friday 6th September. The short guy was weird. I wanted an iced cappuccino with truffle cheese sandwich . He just poured my coffee in "to go " container and didn't bother asking if I wanted to drink here. Then for sandwich he just said me to pick from front , and didn't even offer a small paper bag. The coffee was so bad, I threw it in the garbage bin. Bad Service and bad coffee. Even Service im Kiosk is better...

I ordered a chai and got a coffee latte instead, when I said that there was a mistake, the one said she wasn't there as the order was taken and the other young blond girl claims I must be wrong although she was distracted with telling stories to her coworker then got on the phone. This is the 3d and last time I came here as I seem to always get subpar service. I can't understand what the reason is for this....
