We chose this hotel during our trip to Bremen mainly because of its location and the fact that it operates under the Radisson brand.
First of all, the location is excellent—it’s really close to the Hauptbahnhof. You can walk to the train station in 5 minutes and reach the city center in about 10 minutes at most.
The hotel has its own parking for around €15 per day, but there’s a big open parking lot right across the street for €8 per day 👍🏼 We could even see our car from our room window.
We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but they didn’t let us in because the room was still being cleaned. So we had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes and only got the room exactly at 15:00 🙄 That’s not something we usually experience in other hotels.
The room was small but okay. The decoration was colorful and different. The toilet and bathroom were clean, but there was an unpleasant smell inside, and the ventilation wasn’t great—which I didn’t like.
There was no minibar or kettle in the room. And they didn’t even leave a bottle of water 😒 For €155 for 2 nights, this should absolutely be included—even budget hotels offer drinking water. This really didn’t suit the Radisson brand!
At check-in, they gave us two scratch cards—one had a free water (thankfully!), and the other, a free breakfast.
Breakfast selection was standard but fine. I especially liked the pancake machine—never seen before 😊 Since we got it as a prize, my husband tried the breakfast, —but honestly, I’d rather have a breakfast plate outside for the same price.
Overall, great location, but either the price should be lower or the quality (room & extras) should...

They're currently switching to another system, and that caused some trouble. Therefore, we did wait quite a bit at the desk. But the staff was kind, which boosted the review to 4.
It's very well located. The location itself is nothing by itself, but the center of the city is easy to reach by walk, or taking public transport.
I dont get why people recommend the breakfast. It's not really a good deal. It's very basic, and the pancake machine didn't work. The eggs was allt the way too cooked, and had a bad smell. Grap something in a shop nesarby, and find a beautiful location to enjoy some breakfast instead (during the summertime, at least...). ALDI is almost around the corner.
I'll also join the other who mentioned the cleaning of the room. It was fine, but they really need to take care of the floor. Also, the restroom must have been a previous smoking cabinet, cause it...
Read moreOne of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was shockingly small, barely accommodating my luggage, and lacked basic amenities- just towels and hand wash. There wasn’t even a glass provided. When I asked for one at the front desk, I was rudely told, “you have to bring it back,” as if they assumed I might steal it.
The breakfast, priced at €34, was far below minimum expectations, making it feel like a complete rip-off. The staff were unwelcoming and appeared to be working begrudgingly, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. While the reception area looked decent, the room was a nightmare; uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Photos are highly deceiving!
For the price, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. Definitely not worth it, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable...
