*No AC/climate control at all. No air from vent. Staff came to unlock the window and have it fully open. It helped significantly. But: It rained heavily several times overnight and I had to put towels down. I kept waking up to dry the floor and wall. It was a decision: cool air and circulation? Or deal with rain and hearing planes take off. I chose circulation.
I stayed here last minute after my AirBNB host overbooked. I am very appreciative of Vahid at reception finding a room for me. I was stressed on arrival and he really went above and beyond to make everything better. Vahid, the overnight woman receptionist, the restaurant staff, and housekeeping were fantastic.
The breakfast is great, room service is good, and the room itself is very nice...BUT.
The ac/heating do not work. The button is a rotating tab, but rotates fully/freely in the socket. You have no idea which way is heat/ac and it doesnt change what comes out of the vent: slightly warm humid air. No different with or without the roomcard in the wall socket.
Calling for the technical/engineers in the hotel resulted in nothing. They never came.
It made the night of sleep difficult after a previous 24 hour travel time of no sleep.
The bed is extremely comfortable and soft-but also too hot without ac.
I wish you would fix the ac units. There are several complaints of AC and heating issues. As I left, 7 flight crew were behind me asking if anyone had AC on their room. Only a few did.
The rest of the hotel was great-but it really affects you if you can't sleep or move around your hotel room without sweating.

Check your heating/ac unit immediately on entering your room and if it doesn't work/or they dont come up to fix it within 30 minutes, escalate promptly or else you risk the crew going home and not getting any climate control all night. Firstly, the rooms are very spacious, clean and simply lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had a good night's sleep every night I was there. The room also had all the amenities you could need for a short stay.
The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic, with a range of options to choose from to suit all dietary requirements. The quality of the food was top-notch and a perfect start to the day.
Thirdly, the service at this hotel is just exceptional. All of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. They were very attentive to my needs and were always available to help me with anything that I needed, such as ordering a taxi to the airport or giving advice on local restaurants.
Lastly, the location of this hotel is perfect for anyone traveling on business. It is only a few minutes drive from the airport which makes it very convenient for people who need to catch a flight quickly. The hotel is also situated in an ideal location for anyone looking to get some work done during their stay.

However, the receptionist inquired about my name and then vanished for a few minutes. I felt uneasy, thinking perhaps there was no room available for me. But eventually, I was given a room. Upon entering, I noticed an open window, giving me the impression someone had just finished preparing the room. That wasn't a major issue, but I was also surprised not to receive any gold member bonuses from the hotel. Perhaps someone overlooked it.
The next morning, I accidentally left my nearly new Levi's hoodie at breakfast. I wasn't overly concerned because I believed that items don't go missing at the Radisson. However, I was mistaken. The following day, I inquired about my hoodie at the restaurant, and they told me it had been moved to reception. When I approached the reception desk, the lady there described my item, confirming they had it. She went to fetch it, and I waited... and waited. After about 15 minutes, she returned to tell me that my hoodie was nowhere to be found. She tried contacting the staff member from the previous night, but couldn't reach him after two attempts. She assured me she would get in touch to resolve the issue. Sadly, by the time I checked out on 28th October 2023, no one had contacted me about it. While €120 isn't a substantial sum, I expected better, especially since this wasn't a 2-star...
