Absolutely fantastic experience! We stopped by this sushi spot at Hamburg Airport just before closing, and despite the late hour, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and the quality of the sushi was fresh and delicious — a real treat, especially for an airport location. Judging from the previous photos, the quality of the food seems to have suffered during Covid-19. The sushi and sashimi is ready made and you just retrieve it from a cooler. The miso soup comes out of a dispenser. A piece of salmon sashimi I had still had a large bone in it and the tuna seemed to be of inferior quality. Overall, I would place the quality of the food at the level you can buy ready made at a German supermarket. With a price of almost 30 EUR for a California Bento and an iced tea, the food is way overpriced. The service was...

I love this place, probably the best place to eat in the airport, amazingly delicious Asian food, you can either eat at the restaurant or take it to go which is a great option to take with you on the plane :) price vs quality is very high for airport standards, lots of different options from soups, poke bowl, asian fusions and all types of sushi and lot of different drinks options. thank you very much I will visit you for sure next time I come...
