San Pino Hamburg — Restaurant in Hamburg

Food is extremely mediocre and the quality doesn’t match the prices. But the worst part is the staff. So rude and careless. First they forgot it was ready. Then when they rang my buzzer I got there and the lady said she couldn’t see it out there. That’s when she realized it was still in the oven and when she got it out it was burnt. When I asked for another one she said yeah absolutely and then proceeded to tell me the price. How rude. When I asked for another plate and the pizza to be cut she said no. I said I’ll pay for it and she said fine 1 euro so I gave it to her and she put it in her pocket. What is that?! And lastly I asked for ice and she said no the ice isn’t for customers. Worst service ever. Can’t even imagine what her problem...

Pity. Still not good food and expensive. I would say that despite previous comments there has not been any improvement.

Poor quality but above all... it seems that this is standard and hence the ☆☆ from all customers. Pity that management don't care

I ordered some pasta but did not eat it cause it did not taste good. Quality did not reflect the price not even for airport restaurant. I did not ask for money back as this could be a personal preference (I read other comments after).

The ordered a pizza. Was overbaked... more than well done. Dark brown almost black. Yoi can see photos in other comments from other customers. I was not in the mood to ask again for.money back or another pizza. I paid 28 euros for...

Perhaps I am giving this 4 stars because I had really low expectations since this place has an average of 2.3. But it was far better than I expected. If you read the reviews, you won't be shocked that there is no tomato sauce. Also, tomato sauce is not mentioned on the menu description. So just read closely 😊

I personally enjoy tomato sauce-less pizza. I was happy with my Serrano, arugala, tomato, parmesan pizza (#5 pizza) Although the tomato had no flavor. But if you put on the chili sauce that is next to where you pick up your pizza, it will be better. It wasn't very spicy, but it tasted of chili and ginger!?

Both of us were happy with our pizza, and people shouldn't be afraid...
