A Bright and Relaxing Oasis! ​A fantastic experience at the Hamburg Airport Lounge! I was thoroughly impressed and left feeling completely satisfied. ​The first thing you notice is how bright and open the space is. The large windows offer a superb view of the tarmac, which is great for any aviation enthusiast, and they let in so much natural light, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. ​There was a great variety of comfortable seating, whether I wanted to get some work done at a proper workstation or just kick back in a comfortable chair and enjoy the view. ​I was also very pleased with the selection of drinks. There was everything from great coffee and juices to a wide range of beers and spirits. The food on offer was fresh and tasty, providing a good selection of snacks and light bites to enjoy before my flight. Everything was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. ​It was the perfect way to relax and escape the busyness of the main terminal. Let's start with the positives: the view to the tarmac is stunning! And... that's it. This lounge is absolutely a catastrophe and is a disgrace that it represents the main lounge at Hamburg Airport. As far as it still looks modern, it does not give any sense of privacy and comfort. Food and drinks options are a joke, it is literally the same since it has opened, nothing is fresh (apart from fruits) and it's all at discount level. Most of the time it's also pretty dirty and not well maintained. If you are thinking to pay to get access to it, please do rethink about it, you can find much quieter areas at the airport and much better food choices. Airlines that offer it to their business class passengers should have a talk with the Hamburg airport management about it, it's just sad that this is what the main airport in North of Germany (apparently still the first economy in EU) offers to their...
