My friend and I came to eat a sandwich and drink tea before the plane. The worker behind the counter intentionally didn't notice us, talked to other bakery workers, and then when he finally came to us, he didn't give me the sandwich that I asked for. There were with meat, cheese and egg and cabbage. I asked for an egg with cheese, but he gave it to me with cabbage. I asked for cheese and an egg again, but he irritably shoved the one with cabbage into me and again left to chat with colleagues.
He gave my friend a glass of hot water but didn't give him a tea bag. My friend called to him but he didn't answer so my friend tapped the counter with his finger to get the attention of the worker.
The worker took the tea and dropped his fist on the counter with a crash, slammed his fist on the counter very hard. And yelled at my friend. If he could, he would hit him, he was very aggressive. I was very scared. It was terrible, I don't know where or when I experienced this. This worker is a terrible person. I understand that I should have gone to the police and reported his strong aggression towards us, I still remember his huge fist in front of my face. But we had a plane in an hour, there was no time, and we did not go. We silently turned around and left. I threw away the cabbage sandwich, it was not tasty.

Read moreI went to buy something a couple of times the past month. Both times the same thing from 2 different employees. You should advise your employees not to hit on female customers with inappropriate comments. I don’t think their job is to “flirt” (I am being nice when I call it flirting, when it’s almost harassment) or talk and give looks to women as if they have never seen one before. Think whatever you want but you have NO right to call me “sexy” straight to face looking at me like this “🤤”....
Read moreSehr langsames Personal.
