Heilbronner Hotel am schönen Theater — Hotel in Heilbronn

We booked 3 rooms for 5 days in June. One of our party is severely disabled with very limited mobility. On arrival we were dismayed to find that despite several messages to the hotel in advance, the property is NOT wheelchair accessible contrary to what the hotel stated on Booking.Com. The rudimentary stairlift is not appropriate for a disabled immobile person and is actually dangerous as it doesn’t lie flush with the floor at the top. We spent half an hour with the manager Bedran Tas who was very unsympathetic and not interested in our situation. He didn’t care at all and just kept refusing to refund us for the 3 nights we would not be able to stay at the hotel due to it not being wheelchair accessible. Other false claims on hotel’s listing:- a 24 hour front desk - a lie as all the staff leave the property by 21.00, a garden - none there, soundproof rooms - what a joke, it’s ridiculously noisy from traffic and nearby establishments and room service…… none of the rooms has a telephone and no staff on site after 21.00!! The rooms are very Spartan and ridiculously hot with no air conditioning and it’s impossible to leave windows open due to traffic noise. One of our rooms also had an infestation of ants on the surfaces as well as floors. Only one fridge was working out of the 3 rooms we booked. No travelcot was provided either.||All in all this “hotel” was awful, similar to the type of place where rooms are booked by the hour……||We left the establishment first thing the following morning and went to...

Sehr gutes Hotel mit top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses

Wir haben kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und lassen nichts vermissen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier möchten wir besonders Taz hervorheben, der uns spontan am Abend noch bei der Restaurant Wahl weiterhelfen konnte. Trotz früher Geräusche durch andere Gäste (vermutlich Bauarbeiter), war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig, wenn auch nicht riesig in der Auswahl. Die Lage ist zentral mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, Parkplätze gibt es gegen Aufpreis im Hinterhof. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – auch mit Familie. Absolute Empfehlung!

We booked a room on short notice for one night and were completely satisfied. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and leave nothing to be desired. The service is very friendly and helpful. Despite some early morning noise from other guests (probably construction workers), the stay was pleasant. The breakfast is of high quality, even if the selection isn’t huge. The location is central with many restaurants nearby, and parking is available in the backyard for a small extra charge. We would definitely come back – even with family. Highly recommended!

Nous avons réservé une nuit à la dernière minute et avons été entièrement satisfaits. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et il ne manque rien. Le service est très aimable et serviable. Malgré quelques bruits tôt le matin provenant d’autres clients (probablement des ouvriers), le séjour a été agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, même si le choix n’est pas très vaste. L’hôtel est bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, et un parking est disponible dans la cour arrière moyennant un petit supplément. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter – même en famille. Fortement recommandé !

Мы забронировали номер спонтанно на одну ночь и остались полностью довольны. Номера чистые, хорошо оборудованные, всё необходимое имеется. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Несмотря на ранние шумы от других гостей (вероятно, рабочих), пребывание было приятным. Завтрак качественный, хотя выбор блюд не очень большой. Отель удобно расположен, рядом много ресторанов. За небольшую доплату можно припарковаться во дворе. Мы с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова — даже с семьёй. Определённо рекомендуем!

We hebben last-minute voor één nacht geboekt en waren zeer tevreden. De kamers zijn schoon, goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De service is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks wat ochtendgeluiden van andere gasten (waarschijnlijk bouwvakkers) was het verblijf aangenaam. Het ontbijt is van goede kwaliteit, al is de keuze niet enorm. De ligging is centraal met veel restaurants in de buurt, en er is parkeergelegenheid op de binnenplaats tegen een kleine meerprijs. We zouden zeker terugkomen – ook met het gezin. Absoluut een...
