Indisches Restaurant Ganesha Heilbronn — Restaurant in Heilbronn

One of the good Indian restaurants that I have been in Europe. Ambience is simply superb. After you enter the hotel you will feel like you are in India.

I was surprised when I saw some of local(German) people eating Indian (spicy)food. Food quality was good, but the quantity was less(for the money you pay). You notice this when you get the bill!!

I went on a weekday with 2 friends, bill was 44Euro(for Chicken Pakora, Chicken Tikka, Naan, Tandoori roti, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Biriyani. Bill wasn't that high for the number of items !!?). Main course dishes were awesome when compare to starters.

If you are living in and around Heilbronn pay a visit here once. You can reach here through RB or S-bahn or Bus from Hauptnahnhof. Stop name for S-Bahn is Heilbronn-Industrieplatz . expressing my disappointment with the recent meal I ordered at your restaurant. I had ordered chilli paneer, butter naan, and chicken biryani, but was surprised to find that the taste was overly sweet. Even the biryani, which should not have a sweet flavor, was affected. Additionally, the mango lassi I ordered had an unnatural yellow color, which I later found out was due to food coloring.

As someone who appreciates authentic Indian cuisine, I found the excessive sweetness in the dishes to be off-putting. While I understand that taste preferences can vary, I believe that the level of sweetness in the food I received may not appeal to a wide range of customers, including foreigners.

I would like to share our first experience dining with Ganesha restaurant. The indian food here is the best indian food I ever had in Germany. The staff was very polite and made us feel warm like at home. Chicken tandoori, Bhendi, mix veg with garlic naan was awesome. They offer generous quality and the waiter hepled us decide for the amount of food for 4 people. After our dinner, it started raining so heavily and unluckily our car was parked near Bahnhof (1.5 km far away). We were unable to book taxi, as all taxis were full that time.
