Kosel — Hotel in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ettenheim

Fantastic hotel in a really good location. We booked a double room and was given an upgrade to a larger apartment which was amazing, including its own balcony. ||The hotel is located in the middle of Rust which is a lovely village next to Europa Park. It is around a 10 minute walk to the main entrance and the same to the local supermarkets including Lidl which is very handy! Staff are really friendly and provide a fantastic breakfast selection every morning. Would definitely stay here again if visiting...

Highly recommend the Kosel Hotel. We stayed for a week as a family of two adults and three children (11, 9, and 5) and the hotel was part of the enjoyable experience. Ich war Anfangs skeptisch, da das Hotel ehr wie ein großes Haus aussah.

Unsere späte Anreise (Donnerstag Abends) brachte uns in den Genuss, dass der Checkin über den Schlüsselkasten lief. Die vorherige Kommunikation und Funktionsweise des Schlüsselkastens war hervorragend.

Das Zimmer (Nr. 1) war groß und sauber. Einzig der Vorhang hatte schwarze Fettflecken, von der Terrassentüre (?). Dusche und WC waren auch sehr sauber. Besondere Pluspunkte im Zimmer: kostenfreies Wasser, Tee und Kaffee Klimaanlage leerer Kühlschrank zur eigenen Nutzung

An der Stelle sollte auch erwähnt werden, dass es einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Getränkeautomat sowie einen Aufzug zu den oberen Etagen gibt.

Zum Frühstück: Das sieht auf einigen Bilder vielleicht 'klein' aus, aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. Ich habe nichts vermisst und war jedesmal satt. Qualität ist auch OK. Die Tische werden sogar je nach Gruppengröße vorher zusammen gestellt.

Lage / Auto: Parken kann man direkt vorm Hotel. Zum Europapark kann man zu Fuß laufen (850 Meter). Im worst Case kann man auch mit dem Auto auf den Europapark-Parkplatz parken und dann 600 Meter über den Parkplatz zum Eingang laufen :) . Im Süden (800 Meter) gibt es einen gut sortierten Edeka.

Personal: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses 'herzliche' vermisse ich mittlerweile in vielen Hotels.
