Terrible customer service. Wrong information given. We arrived and the first thing we noticed was that the place smelt bad, as if the apartment hadn't been used for a while. We had to buy air freshers the next day. There were no towels or basic amenities such as hand soap, shower gel ect. We asked for towels and was told it would be sorted by a guy called Sami, but nothing was done. We had to buy our own towels and basic amenities. They didn't even provide water. Took 24 hours for WiFi to be connected and when the data ran out, was told we had to pay to keep using it. When I a asked Richard/Kwasi when the cleaner was coming, was told that we would have to pay for a cleaner and contact them myself. In the same message I was informed when the electricity ran out we would have to top it up. My agent manage to rectify this issue as it was ridiculous that after the amount of money spent we should have to pay a cleaner and electricity. Also all they had provided to clean the apartment was a broom and nothing else. The interior of the walls were in bad shape. The manager (Richard/Kwasi) of the apartment messaged me at 2.30am and said he was coming one day and never arrived, wasted my whole day. When the manager (Kwasi/ Richard) asked what time he should send the cleaners, I said in the morning and he said he would call them to arrange. He never got back to me. I messaged him in the morning and asked what time they were coming. No response for 6 hours. I therefore spoke to my agent and he got hold of the manager who said I never confirmed a time. Which was ridiculous, I had asked for them to come in the morning and you said you will sort it. Surely you should call your customer once you have confirmed. The manager was not apologetic and made it seem as it was my fault The place literally had 4 coat hanger, no bath mat, no sponges to wash dishes. One of the cupboards were dirty. It literally felt as if we were renting a place to live not a holiday apartment and that we should be expected do everything. I booked this place in July and was in contact with the manager. I asked numerous times for the terms and conditions and at no point did he mention paying for electricity, cleaning, WiFi ect. He was quick to ask for most of the money because the cedi was falling to the pound. Very unprofessional as we had an agreement on what was to be paid and I would pay in cedis. I was literally told that if I didn't pay a certain amount before arrival then I would have to pay dollars on arrival (I am not american). I had already paid a 25% deposit in July with the agreement to pay the rest on check in. This place is in the perfect location but the management is extremely bad and they do not take it seriously when people complain. They are quick to take the money but not provide a decent service. How can you rent a holiday apartment to people, take nearly $3000 and still want them to pay for cleaning, electricity, WiFi and not provide them basic amenities such as towels. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. I would be too embarrassed. Richard/Kwasi, Gideon and Sami are not honest people and are only interested in the money.
