Janjay Hotel — Hotel in Accra

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel, compounded by the abysmal customer service. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked any sense of hospitality or professionalism. They were unresponsive to my concerns and dismissive of any requests. The room itself was poor condition- outdated furniture, a malfunctioning AC, and a bathroom that seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages . The customer service only added to the frustration. The front desk was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any inquiries. I encountered an issue with billing, and the staff attitude was downright rude. It took multiple attempts and great deal of patience but nothing was resolved. Overall, this hotel was a complete letdown. The combination of shoddy facilities and horrendous customer service made my stay a thoroughly unpleasant one. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation where their comfort and needs are...
