Perfect Touch Restaurant — Restaurant in Accra

My first visit to the restaurant and I was very disappointed. First the empty table I sat at hadn't been cleaned after the last client used it. I had to call for that to be done - I saw it happen with other tables while I was there. Service was very very slow even though the place was neither full nor busy. Seating was also uncomfortable because of the way the table legs were positioned. After waiting a "loooong" while for the food to arrive, my partners order was totally wrong. We had to make do because to reorder meant another long wait, as confirmed by the waiter. There were a couple of other issues too but I'll leave it at this in the hope that the Management will follow up to discuss these points with me because for some reason, the whatsapp complaint number boldly displayed on the table just wouldn't connect. You have a very rude telephone personnel today. I placed an order at 1:17 pm. I was told it was going to take 20 minutes. I called back after 25 minutes and she told me it was ready so I got a dispatch rider to pick it up. Rider got there and I called again, now 40 minutes after order she tells me shes giving the order to the rider. It's been an hour and 40 minutes now, she tells me order is not ready and starts talking to me disrespectfully. Look, you're not doing me a favour here. If anything, I am. You are overly priced compared to your competitors and so I expect quality service when I order. Nasty...

First time eating out in Accra, the food was good size and tasty, I had grilled tilapia and chips my friend had fried yam and fried red fish, my other friend had fried tilapia and chips. The wait was long and others who came in after use received their food and left. Then when our food came out the orders were not as requested, they wanted fried or steam onions they were raw, not veg although told it comes with it.
