I would not recommend this to my enemies. Please keep in mind that I am trying to keep this as short as possible.
Cons: Broken balcony doors (owner actually made us pay for repairs when they got stuck, after him literally cracking them open first time to "prove" they work) No real service, just a bar open a few hours/day Pool area closed around 7-8 pm Unsanitary conditions: dust, dirty toilets in more than one room (yes, they were "cleaned" just prior to us checking in) Holy sheets (as in they were actually ripped, with holes in them) Broken stove (didn't plan on using it, but it's worth a mention) Some of the rooms don't have good airflow or any lightning, with just a tiny bathroom window acting as a bedroom window Rusty AC is an extra 10 euros/day, being asked extra without advance notice isn't an issue, the museum piece posing a health risk being advertised as an AC unit is NO mosquito/insect nets or devices of any kind to stop them from swarming inside the room overnight when you open a door or window Makis
Pros: Proximity to airport Nice view from some of the rooms
To sum it up, the place looks good until you interact with it. Must have been great when it opened, but fell into a state of neglect and is slowly...
Read more++++ Do not stay there, it is a total scam ++++ I don't believe I have enough characters to express how bad is this place, but here we go:
First of all, it took way to long for them to reply my messages saying the location ( Which they don't provide on the add) so I could add on my GPS. I then got there and the first thing the, very rude owner said to me, is that I did not say what time I was coming ( I sent at least 4 messages saying that.)
Then, after showing me room I asked for the remote for the Aircon, and again, In a super rude way, he said that I needed to pay extra ( he never said how much) and then he said that I booked with Eris and not in Erietta hotel. Which made no sense, I never booked Erietta, and here I am. ( Yes, that's right: you book one hotel and get another one)
The WiFi does not work in my room, the airport beside the hotel is very noisy, flushes from other rooms are so loud that wakes us up, the shower head is fixed on the waiste level, the pool is never open as well as the cafe. The pictures of the.room do not reflect reality. It is an old room ( with a lot of sand on the floor when I arrived - when was supposed to be clean)
I am an experienced travellers and this is by far, the worst experience I had.

Read moreWe didn't stay in the rooms in all fairness so I cannot comment on this, but it advertises as a cafe and bar as well as accommodation. Our flight was delayed so we wandered up at around 10am, thinking we could camp here for a couple of hours, get some drinks and lunch and let our distraught 5 and 8 year olds use the pool. We approached the owner who simply said, "No food". We asked about letting our little uns use their deserted swimming pool whilst we ordered a few rounds of drink and he simply said, "No, this is just for people in my rooms". I could just about understand this pettiness, despite the fact that the establishment was literally empty and the lack of commercial awareness from the owner (we were a party of 8, we'd have needed 3 or 4 rounds of drinks so it would've been worth his while), but the bloke was just rude and unpleasant and clearly not all that bright. We went elsewhere for drinks, so can't comment on that either. But this is Greece, birthplace of Xenia and famed for its hospitality. There is none of that here. Definitely...
