Wir hatten das Studio 1 in Erdgeschoss für knapp 3 Wochen gemietet für unseren Urlaub. Die Räumen sind neu, modern, und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat eine eigene Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die kleine Küche hat 2 Kochplatten ohne Backofen und einen kleine Kühlschrank, aber die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet. Es fehlen ein paar kleinere Dinge.... Aber das nötigste ist Vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, und die Eigentümer Der Georgios und die Filomeni sehr nett und freundlich. Es gibt einen Privatparkplatz am Grundstück. Der Zugang zum privaten Parkplatz ist schmal aber das geht gut. Es geht über 1 enge Gasse bis zum Eingang aber das ist problemlos. Das Internet ist nicht das beste, aber es ist OK... Die Fenstern sind mit fliegengitter ausgestattet und viele auch mit Rollos. Die Zimmer haben teilweise Balkonen. Der schöne STRAND von Pefkochori und das Zentrum ist ca. 5 bis 10 minuten zu Fuß max entfernt. Dort gibt es alle Geschäfte und Restaurants was man benötigt. Ärzten, Tankstellen, Bäckereien, Tavernen, Souvenirgeschäfte, Mini Märkte, Supermärkte und so weiter.... Es gibt eine kleine Verärgerung aber das ist leider so. Ich wollte mit meiner Frau gerne einen Tag eher abreisen, das ich meine Familie noch besuchen konnte, bevor wir nach Deutschland abreisen und wir hätten gerne die eine Nacht zurück erstattet bekommen, da wir hatten einen längsten Aufenthalt von knapp 3 Wochen, als anderer Urlauber wo bei der filomeni waren.. Leider sind uns die Eigentümer nach Absprache da nicht entgegen gekommen... Da bin ich bisschen enttäuscht... Naja OK.... Sonst alles war in Ordnung. Wir waren zufrieden Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und eine schöne Zeit bei Euch. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Ein Tag Vor der Abreise gab uns die Filomeni einen Geschenk.
