We have just returned home after a 7 day stay at Pefki Deluxe Residencies and we cannot stop sharing how wonderful our stay was with our loved ones.. recommending this hotel to them. Everything was wonderful.. the room was always cleaned to perfection and cosy, staff were very kind and attentive and the breakfast was lovely. Service is from 9am to 11am which was great as it meant we could have a lay in without the guilt of missing out 🤣 and there were many options from the most incredible Greek yogurt accompanied by a variety of things (e.g. honey, nutella, granola, nuts etc etc) to hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages, potatoes) to pastries, fruit and cereals. Also tea and filter coffee available (which was lovely)! The hotel is approximately a 5-10 min walk from the main strip on the beach where there are many restaurants. Our favourites were Pi and Fi (for a great gyros wrap), Syntriviani and pizza capri.. all super close to the hotel, wonderful service and amazing food. We went for food around 6-6:30pm every night as we would eat this time at home and it was extremely quiet so didn’t require tables being booked. If you go for dinner after 8-8:30pm I’d definitely recommend booking a table as it gets very busy. Overall the most wonderful stay!! We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back.. thank you so much!

The hotel is very nice, small and intimate and has a decent size pool, with depth ranging from 0.8 m (which is great for kids) to around 1.6 m. The rooms are large enough and are equiped (or at least ours was) with almost anything you need (fridge, water heater, dishware and even a mini electric stove). We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in a family sweet and the room was perfect for us. We also had breakfast included, but I would have wanted it to be served earlyer, as 9 o'clock for kids (or at least mine) to have breakfast is a little bit to late. Also, the hotel is close to the city center and to the beach, so you can easily go by foot almost anywhere.

That was literally the best hotel I've stayed in ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came in and we were warm welcomed and staff offered to help us with the luggage, the rooms were just superb, comfortable bed, great terrace view and a complimentary 2 bottles of wine. All of the staff were super polite and nice and always smiled. The pool and the area around are just amazing, I will definitely be coming back next year. On our way out staff helped us with luggage again. I definitely recommend this place, location is great, probably best price-value hotel in Pefkohori🙌

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We stayed in a upper room which I think was a good choice . The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy with soft pillows. Air con was a godsend in 30 plus degree temps . Rooms cleaned regularly and this is first time I've seen the system whereby you press a service button by the door and it lights up outside to let the cleaners know if you require new towels or bedding etc. The only problem we had was with the shower water not going down the drain properly and it backed up and flooded the floor but after a word with reception it was quickly resolved with no more issues . The breakfast was beautifully laid out with a wide choice from bacon rashers , little sausages , scrambled or omelette, boiled eggs, fresh fruit , greek yoghurt , meat slices , cheese slices , salad, croissants , cakes , bread for toaster , nuts , granola raisins etc etc oh and hot drinks or juices . |The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and courteous at all times .|The snack bar food during the day was really nice , we ate numerous times round the pool and never once left anything on our plates, the chef really knows her stuff. Prices weren't too bad but I just wish they'd stocked half litre bottles of beer instead of the 0.33ml which for a mythos was 4.50 I think. They had Heineken on draught but again it was for 0.4ml and it was about 5.50 euros, food was approx 11/12 euros .|The hotel is situated on a main road which got very busy during the bank holiday weekend we were there but you didn't really notice much noise whilst sat round the pool or in your room. There are plenty of shops , supermarkets within a few mins of the hotel with the main ones down on the beach road about 6 mins walk away straight across the road from hotel and down the road opposite. We found it more expensive down in pefkohori beach for food and drink , we went to hanioti just up the road and it was so much cheaper up there, it's 5 mins in a taxi or 20 mins walk , we went a couple of times and enjoyed it more than pefkohori to be honest. We hired a car for a few days and I have to say that a trip to afitos is a must . It's about 30 mins drive up the road and it is worth the visit . All in all it was a very relaxed holiday , the only negative thing I would say which has nothing to do with the hotel or tour operator etc is that there is a very large influx of people coming into that area from eastern Europe as it's a mainland destination that is reached easily by car . The beaches were packed from morning till night and they were still on the beach until after 8.30 / 9.00pm . July and especially august when the greek and Italian holidays are would make it a nightmare I would imagine. |All in all we couldn't fault the hotel and the travelling etc . Pefkohori is the last stop when being dropped off do expect a good two hours on the coach , we made about 6 or 7 drop offs before ours , but of course we were first on the bus on...

When we arrived, we were advised that there was a problem with our room and we will have to stay in another one for the night. When we asked if we could stay in the room they are putting us in they said no it’s an upgraded room. The next morning we found out that there was no issue, they had overbooked. ||The next day we brought our bags to reception and were told when we came back they would have our key ready. We came back to the hotel and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at reception. We had to go looking for staff around the hotel. Couldn’t find anyone, it took us 25-30mins of waiting/searching for someone to get our key. When I went to have a shower only half of the shower worked and the water was lukewarm.|There is a ‘do not disturb’ electronic sign on the door but the sign was broken, so we were woken up by cleaners knocking and opening the door. One night we were trying to sleep and a banging noise from loose fitting within the extraction fan kept banging, ALL NIGHT! Now there was a storm but it was a loose fitting that caused the noise. We had to put on brown noise to try drown out the banging. In the three nights we were there we didn’t have a full nights sleep, no one at reception to complain to anytime we went down. When we did find someone, we were told it’s not their fault, they are extremely understaffed and are working crazy overtime to keep up. They offered for us to move rooms for 2 nights and move back to the previous room. They didn’t see an issue with us moving rooms 4 times in a 7 day stay! They treated us awfully and acted like we were complaining to get an upgrade. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel because our experience there was ruining our holiday. And worst of all my partner had a proposal all planned and postponed till a week later because he didn’t want to propose after such a bad experience. Even how they treated us after we left was abysmal, they kept trying to say we wanted an upgrade, when we just wanted a nice holiday in a room...
