Did not expect much for the low price, but some things are completely confusing about this place There is a Hotel Girni and Real Estate Girni in the same row, and in the middle of them is another entrance (where I stayed), which says "Relax Hotel", but is actually apparently just a part of the whole Girni complex. However, we were not able to find out more information about these and other mysteries, since there is NO staff and reception here in our entrance, only right in the "Girni hotel", and it was a woman who was speaking very poor English and said first that there was another reception for our entrance (there was actually never anyone there) and that she cannot help. When we complained to our tour guide that we did not get any towels and toilet paper in our room, the same woman who said she had nothing to do with our hotel suddenly appeared an hour later and brought us towels and paper. Service is practically non-existent since there was never anyone available (we were joking about it how the whole place is obviously self-sustainable and they do not need staff). Check-in was also completely unorganized and we barely got any information about when the rooms would be ready. We did not even get the keys from the staff (since it is inexistent), the keys were already in the lock when the housekeeping finished cleaning and we were merely informed which room we should enter.
Furthermore, the bed was not too comfortable and the portable stove was half-working (one hot plate was working and the other would kill the electricity fuse when turned on, so it was obviously malfunctioning). The water flow was not too good.
Overall, not a bad place for a low price, but I guess some things that I thought were bare minimum are not attainable for...
Read morei do not recommend this hotel. Literally everything was terrible, i felt like everything in our room was dirty. there was dirt and blood on our sheets. Air conditioner was broken. water was sipping out of it on our balcony. There were 2 blankets that were completely dirty and not washed in 10 years. we thought that we can put it on a chair that was on our balcony because it was really uncomfortable without is. Because of broken AC the blanket was a bit wet and we had to dry it putting it on the floor of our balcony. The room cleaners said that this blanket was SOAKING WET and covered in orange juice (we didn’t even had orange juice). It was unbelievable that they are saying things like that, even if it was dirty it is their job to wash it. Those blankets were so dirty when we came here that we weren’t even thinking about covering ourselves with it. At the end they told us we have to pay deposit for 2 blankets even tho we used only one. There were clean and dry we dont know what they were mad about. it was unfair that we had to pay for it. The room cleaners do not even do their jobs they are complaining that our towels are dirty, literally it’s their job to wash them… . Overall i do not recommend this hotel, the staff is rude and they can barely speak English. Do not go there, save yourself nerves.

Read morewent there on a turnus and first thought it looked nice. rooms weren't too bad we only didn't have a toilet seat which they repaired. the pool is nice and overall It's possible to live. But there was no receptionist most of the time. We didn't know the door locks itself and we lost our keys. Went to reception to get a spare key and waited a long time before a lady who could barely speak english came. communication was terrible. she opened our room after long time hand showing what happened. i love how the cleaning staff didn't clean a thing and gave us dirty with brown spots sheets. after their wonderful cleaning and not even sweeping the floor by the end of our vacation they accused that we had a wet blanked and tried to take our 20 € deposit and after 2 hours of trying to understand the staff we fortunately got it back. togoto dojebane...
