Blue Riviera Suites Alimos — Hotel in Municipality of Alimos

Blue Rivieria Villas & Suites - Alimos 2 was an absolute scam. The host, Dmitris, rarely answered texts or calls; the key box didn't have the right key inside of it when we checked in (waited for 15 mins to sort it out); the home wasn't cleaned (see photos); trash from previous guests was left out (re: photos); old food was left out (re: photos); poop droppings from rodents and roaches were present (re: photos); dirty dishes in sink; knives and trash behind the fridge; dishes left out in the dishrack and completely wet; sponge and dishrack tray had live maggots in it; nearly every window had huge worms inside the window sills; mold was present on the walls; massive balls of dust and hair were under beds and behind furniture; linens did not appear to be washed; about 5 tiny shampoo bottles present for our six night stay (we left after 12 hours because it was disgusting and a hazard to our baby); rude host who would hang up the phone when we were able to reach him after numerous calls. He said he was in "Rhodes" and "works as a musician" and was too busy to answer since he was in a concert. He sent videos of him playing an instrument; he has zero social skills and no customer service knowledge. We did not care about his other job or his concert schedule when were were dealing with a hazardous property (that later made our baby sick). Horrible place to stay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS: The host did acknowledge the terrible hygiene issue after we sent dozens of videos and photos (clearly he doesn't visit properties or conduct quality control) and said he "yelled at the maid" and promised to refund us via Booking. It's been nearly two months and ZERO refund. We were charged for the entire six night stay thought we didn't stay more than 12 hours. The host avoided the phone calls and emails from Booking....

Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να σας βοηθήσει και να σας προσφέρει συμβουλές για την περιοχή. Η καθαριότητα των χώρων είναι άψογη, ενώ η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι πολύ καλή.

This was the best apartments I stayed in Athens! Room, kitchen and bathroom, private balcony. Super close to supermarket, fitness club, 10 minutes walk to the beach, area has large selection of restaurants. Will definitely stay...
