Castello pizza — Restaurant in Municipality of Alimos

i felt horrified by my experience at Castello Pizza. For one, we were the first ones there and our order came out after people that came later than us. The butter pasta was mid and there was this scary fat manager that was barking orders at everyone. When my pizza first arrived in front of me, I was conflicted. To start, my pizza had a variety of colors on it that a pizza usually shouldn’t have on it. As i continued my inspection of these strange colors (blue and green tones) I made the conclusion that it could either be potential mold or a strange type of cheese. I chose to ignore these signs and continued to consume my pizza. It took physically everything in me to eat the first 2 slices. I was genuinely trying to like it but after i realized it tasted like throw up i stopped my efforts. I then proceeded to ask for the check from the fat manager alongside me. He immediately barked at a waiter that was basically running the whole restaurant instead of just doing it himself. This costed us to wait 20 minutes for our check. I grew up with this pizza restaurant — the taste is still very good, just with some small changes over the years. Prices have gone up, but that’s true everywhere. What really hurts is the service: no comparison to the old gentleman with white hair who used to serve us with such care and respect. Even last September, when we visited, there were young staff serving, but they were polite, smiling, and willing to help. Sadly, this time it was the opposite — some other guys with no manners, only worried about finishing their 8-hour shift. They rushed to clear the table and even took our water glasses while we were still sitting. Great pizza, but the service really ruins...

I've been in bad places. I've felt being ignored. I've felt that I should have never been there. But this place, was by far the worst. I should have realised from the first step I took inside, since there was no one there. The stuff took so long to serve; that I told the story of my whole life to my company. The pizza?
