Elpida Andros — Hotel in Municipality of Andros

I stayed at these apartments with my partner from 26 June to 3rd of July 2016. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious , with a balcony. There was air conditioning and a television ( sometimes you can get a bit stir crazy even on a beautiful island ). Whilst the apartments are not luxurious they are of a very good standard considering the price. The staff who run the apartments are very friendly and helpful , which is sometimes of more value to me than the aesthetics of a place.||Location wise they are excellent , on the edge of Batsi village meaning you can have peaceful setting but go down into the centre for some nightlife. Opposite is a small beach with sunbeds and a bar. I will e completing a separate review of the island but would recommend this location for a value for money...

We had a fantastic holiday in Elpida Studios (despite the pandemic). The situation is great, just across the road from the best beach and beach bar and within easy walking distance of the town with lots of lovely restaurants. Batsi is only about 10 minutes in a taxi from the ferry port and also on the bus route to the port and to Andros town. The apartments were spotlessly clean and very comfortable (do choose a sea view) and the owner is really helpful. You can borrow a bike and they can arrange car hire. Nice garden and, in normal times, a lounge with board games and books to borrow. Gave 4* as it is not luxury accommodation, but we thought it was the best place to...

Superb selection for a couple or singles. Located at a marvelous point offering unobstructed sea view and quiet stay, 5' walking distance from picturesque Batsi port. Quite clean and carefully maintained rooms and garden. We saw the unknown Andros, since the kind young owners provided us with valuable tips for off-beaten places across the island like traditional taverns up the mountains, beaches matching the weather conditions and your tastes and trails with rare beauty.
