We stayed at Manolo Studios for approx. 1 week and were simply pampered from the beginning until the end. A few days before our arrival, George had already texted us with all the necessary information. We immediately felt that this is a trustworthy person and that he would look after us.||||When we arrived in Paleokastritsa and couldn't find the apartment immediately (Corfu doesn't really have street names), George stood there in less then 2 minutes, leading us to our studio. Checking in in a hotel takes longer.||||When we arrived at the complex, my heart nearly stood still. WHAT A VIEW. Soooo beautiful!! Not only our studio, but every studio from his complex looked out on the multiple bays of Paleokastritsa and I can tell you, this is reallyyy what you came here for. As a view-chaser, I can assure you that it is so much more worth it booking something higher up than beach front. You really have the best of both worlds. ||||At Manolo, every studio has its own private terrace/balcony and in front of the complex there's a big terrace for everyone. The big terrace also has multiple little tables, where you can sit and enjoy the view from a more central angle, or have a chat with one of your neighbours. You can really sit there for hours looking at the postcard view, the blue water, or during golden hour. It's so dreamy.||||Inside the studio everything was as described. The A/C is strategically located and WORKS FAST (believe me, that's important). It was clean, enjoyable and you will find everything you need (cutlery, wine glasses, sponge, towels, safe). There was also hand sanitizer and everything in order to provide you a COVID safe holiday. Yes, Greek people take the measurements very seriously! Should you somehow be missing something, you can really just ask George! ||||George is hands down the most devoted host I have ever met in my life. It is his mission to make your holiday the best and he can really accomplish that. He simply enjoys what he's doing and when you see him, you see a bright smile coming your way. It's this kind of genuine positivity you want to be surrounded with on your holidays. We appreciated it so much. ||||Another very nice thing: The first day, we fabricated a little "ashtray", and whoop the next day we had an ashtray on our table. All the following days we woke up to a freshly cleaned ashtray and I'm pretty sure none of us had done it. One evening we put the trash outside to take with us to a container the next day, but the next day this was already gone and attached to our terrace we found a couple of new bin bags. Until now I still don't know who did this, but it for sure is very nice. This is like a studio with hotel service. Or there is a house elf :D. Either way, I don't really have anything bad to say. ||||I personally think that the pictures online don't do enough justice to this amazing place. It is so much better in real! Once you're up there and you see that panorama view (which is difficult to catch on camera) you'll know what I mean. I'm a budget traveller always on the hunt for the best deals and the lowest prices. My advice? Do not hesitate. This...

Read moreThis is a location purported to lure customers which makes you think hotel to is very close to beach but it’s not true. Actual location is very high on steep hill which people with weak heart would never be able to climb. Also so called studio/hotel will not provide or give any option to buy any water bottle during your stay. We had to carry heavy bottles up the extremely steep hill. Hotel owner was extremely aggressive and rude after receiving the payment from us. The so called studio is in extreme need of renovation/refurbishment. We found hotel mattress very old even homeless people wouldn’t want to sleep in and you will feel the spring in your back. Bathroom is very old, smelly with damaged plumbing and small cubicles. Chairs are broken along with dummy tv without any channels. Even the views will not make your holidays any better as you won’t feel relaxed on the shared balcony with damaged air conditioning water dripping over your head. Please do not be fooled to book a room here as the price is way too overpaid compared to standard of the studios. If you do not believe this review than please view the hotel owner’s previous rude responses to customers who wrote the same reviews as us on other websites. Please avoid this place at all cost. Even though we paid for this studio apartment for 5 nights we had to cut our loses and left within three days of our stay and paid to book and live in...
