Endless Blue Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

The view is amazing, the bed was very good, and that's about how much we could say. Poorly signaled, which made it hard to find (they never mentioned the front store was a flower shop). No hot water in the shower and bathtub, which also by the way was malfunctioning (we couldn't activate the drain and lights were also not working). The crown jewel was that we were locked "outside" of the building and could not leave using the elevator, plus we couldn't have our breakfast because there was nobody there! We were waiting from 6 am to 9.30 am and nothing, we messaged and called the staff and were not answered, so we left via the back road. A gorgous view from the front terrace and the calm and pictorous area but!!!! From the apartment no 1 you do not have your private place on the terrace, you do not have the open view from the window cause you cant open them.! Unfortunatelly jacuzzi in the apartament was broken down, and nobody helped to solve the problem; the pictures on booking.com are misleading!!! Very noisy in the evening till late night and from the morning on because the restaurant is open and all people gather in front of the Windows of the apartament no 1 and 2. Der Aufenthalt war leider eine einzige Enttäuschung. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet – stattdessen bekamen wir schlechten Service, mangelhafte Sauberkeit und einen insgesamt miserablen Zustand der Unterkunft.

Das Personal war entweder nicht auffindbar oder wirkte desinteressiert. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und sehr unbequem, die Teppiche schmutzig und ehrlich gesagt ziemlich ekelerregend. Auf dem Spiegel im Bad sowie auf Wandobjekten lag eine dicke Staubschicht – offenbar wird hier nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen, war das Bad noch nass (woher auch immer), und eine bereits benutzte, schmutzige Fußmatte lag vor der Dusche. Handtücher wurden während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt.

Zusätzlich kam zeitweise braunes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn – was jegliches Vertrauen in die hygienischen Standards komplett zerstört hat. Die Lüftung im Bad war ohrenbetäubend laut – vergleichbar mit einem Traktor.

Auch das Frühstück war ein Witz: Offiziell ab 9 Uhr – was schon ungewöhnlich spät ist – aber selbst um Viertel nach neun war weit und breit kein Personal in Sicht, niemand kümmerte sich um uns.

Der einzige Pluspunkt war die schöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer – allerdings gilt das nur für zwei Zimmer im mittleren Stockwerk. Gäste in den unteren Stockwerken haben kaum Privatsphäre: Man kann sich gegenseitig mit den Terrassengästen beobachten.

Insgesamt wirkt alles extrem lieblos – als wolle man hier mit minimalem Aufwand möglichst viel Geld einnehmen. Wir würden definitiv nicht noch einmal kommen. Klare...
