It's a good hotel for its price. Overall positive experience. Only 5 minutes uphill from the road walking, though maybe not the safest crossing, as there's pedestrian walk only on one side of the road. Walking distance from 2 sand beaches and a few nice restaurants. Rooms are equipped with everything you need: air conditioner, fridge, kitchenware, hairdryer, a place to dry your swimsuit. Nice terraces to sit in the evening and sip some wine and even sunbeds. I started in room 11, but it's quite close to a big road and was too noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper like me, try to opt for another room. I asked for a change because of it and got room 4 (pictures are of it, not room 11 which looks quiet different) which is great service from hotel imo. Small hint: be ready to encounter all types of insects in your room, as the nature around the hotel is quite rich, so they...

An older property whose ownership has obviously put some TLC and maintenance into. The kitchenette proved useful, along with the provided clothes drying rack. Pretty decorative curtains along with blackout/privacy ones. Room 3 was a bit dark, which wasn’t helped by the fact that the walls are painted a clay/dark grey color. Painting the walls white or at least off white would definitely brighten things up. Feline lovers (and haters) should be aware that the property is overrun by cats. WiFi signal was strong, but somewhat slow. Finally, if trying to find the place using Google Maps, you should keep in mind that on your final approach it will try taking you on a circuitous route on some dirt roads. Better to stay on the Old National Road and take the short dirt road about 300 meters to the hotel. All in all this conveniently located property is a good choice for the value...

06.2023 I evaluate my stay very negatively. The impression of the hotel's views from the outside was very good but inside it turned out to be dramatic. The doors, usually wooden, with holes everywhere, can be scary at first. Both balcony and external doors are of the same quality. The room was not airtight, at night and during the day spiders and other bugs got into the room through the mentioned cracks in the door. Noise from the street or rain and thunderstorms also disturbed at night because of the lack of tightness. The bathroom was very small and I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower either. The owner agreed to change the accommodation to the Gregory Hotel for an...

The perfect place to rest away from the noise of the city. Overlooking the sea and the mountains at the same time, close enough to beaches, restaurants and markets. If you are one of those who prefer to walk a little, Gregory Village is the ideal place to be, but if you are very lazy, you can park your car right next to the hotel. The housekeeping service is impeccable. Every day the cleaning lady leaves everything sparkling clean. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to make simple meals. Balcony at the front and back. The only negative to mention is the squeaky bed, but after a few wines and a couple of nights, you will adapt 😀
