Eliros Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

The Eliros Studios are a joy to stay at for a relaxing Holiday, the views from our Terrace were the best we've ever experienced in any of our trips abroad.|The rooms are basic but clean, and have everything you need for your holiday, the shower is a bit on the small side, but is perfectly useable.|The room we stayed in had its own wifi router, and the signal was pretty good.|The pool is large, considering the size of the property, and is clean and well looked after.|watching the sunsets from our ground floor terrace was lovely.|Maria and her family are wonderful,and work hard from early morning till late evening, Maria especially is amazing, nothing is too much trouble for her, and she is always available for advise on local sights to see, and any information regarding bus times an so forth, she was lovely to us at all times, and even had a smile on her face, when we rang her at 10.30pm, to tell her we had locked ourselves out of our room, and she had to come back to let us in.|the walk into Town is about 10 to 15 minutes, down a fairly steep road, going down is easy, but coming back up can be a bit of an ordeal, especially in the recent heatwave, most of the other guests had hired cars, and I would recommend this if your not as fit as we are.|The Beach is good at Stalos, and you can use the sun beds in most bars for free, as long as you buy drinks or food from them, the buses run regularly and are cheap, to neighbouring towns like Aghia Marina, or Platanias, and its about fifteen minutes to Chania, in the other direction, which is absolutely beautiful, and definitely worth a visit.|all in all, we had a fantastic holiday at the Eliros studios, and would definitely return, and recommend to...

We stayed in Eliros studios in mid to late Septemeber. Originally we had planned to stay only a short few days but we enjoyed it so much we extend our stay. ||The hosts were so welcoming and lovely. The apartment was basic but had pretty much everything we needed and was cleaned regularly. The wifi was good enough, could have been better but we didn't have too many problems.||We had a lovely big balcony area where we got to chill and watch the sunset as well as look at the beautiful view.||The pool area was great. There were beautiful views from the poolside. The pool itself was a good size and was quite deep at one end. ||It was located in a nice quiet area and the accommodation itself was always very quiet which was perfect for us as we wanted a relaxing vacation. ||There were 13 studios in total so it wasn't like an overcrowded busy hotel.||It's walking distance to the town of Stalos and Agia Marina is 5 mins away by car (we found some lovely little restaurants here).||We rented a car and drove to Balos and Elefonissi all of which were about 1hr 30mins - 2 hours away from Eliros studios. Chania was only about 20 mins away by car.||All the apartments had a lovely view of the mountains, the pool, the sea, and a nearby island.||If I had to give any criticism I would say better wifi, more pillows and maybe a few more kitchen utensils, pots and pans, salt, pepper, and oil. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this most beautiful spot in Chania. |There are only 13 apartments so it has a small family feel. |The view is stunning and the pool and rooms are spotlessly clean. Maria, the host, makes all guests feel very special and is so welcoming and helpful. ||The apartments are perfectly located for the beaches, some lovely beach bars (providing sunbeds in return for minimum food spend) as well as several very nice Greek cuisine restaurants and some lovely pool bars (minimum spend) along the coast. ||We were there for 24nights and explored as much of the Chania region as we could. We were able to walk into the old town (about 90 minutes) as well as get local buses right along the coast (7 minutes walk to bus stop).
