blue horizon apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

Unfortunately this apartment has ruined a big part of our Holiday. We planned to spend 3 nights here but after having 2 rooms in 2 nights, both infested with ants we were asked to leave. Why? Because they were getting tired of us asking for solutions like providing more ant-spray and better cleaning, their solution was that it is better to part our ways after us having 2 nights in the ant-invested rooms. So then we suddenly needed to move out of the apartment in the early morning and this caused all plans of the day getting ruined because we needed to search for a other place to spend the night asap. While this was said and given back the money for the remaining day the owner came back after 30 minutes if we are ready to move out, off course not! ? We needed time to get ourselves ready and needed to pack everything again. So i asked if we can get 2 hours for this, this was ok for him but after a half hour he came again because he wanted to clean the jacuzzi while we were getting ready and packing... Well all in all.... The apartment is nice and modern, but the "ant" problem and his solution to throw us out instead of helping us getting the room (especially the sofa-bed) cleaner and provide more ant-spray spoiled everything. So for us, this ending made it a 1 star experience. If he had chosen to help and aid us, it would be a 3 star despite me having to sleep in the "ants" invested room. So if u have no problem with ants creeping on your sheets, this might be a good apartment for u. If not avoid, especially with kids..... And if u complain, be ready for the...

The apartment itself was newly built, with everything inside being completely new, clean, and modern. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. He was incredibly kind and always ready to assist us with any questions or needs we had. His helpfulness and friendly demeanor truly made our stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We hope to return...

Η διαμονή μας στο Blue Horizon ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που μας άφησε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ανάμεσα σε βουνό (για τους λάτρεις της πεζοπορίας) και αμμώδη θάλασσα που είναι οργανωμένη το καλοκαίρι. Τα δωμάτια ακόμα και το studio είναι ευρύχωρα, πεντακάθαρα, όμορφα διακοσμημένα και με κάθε λεπτομέρεια προσεγμένη, που πραγματικά δε σου λείπει τίποτα. Είναι εξοπλισμένα και με ηλ.συσκευές, επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια και ατομικά είδη υγιεινής. Η θέα είναι μαγευτική και το υδρομασάζ αποτελεί την ιδανικότερη επιλογή για χαλάρωση. Το μερος έχει κοντά πολλές επιλογές για εστίαση και διασκέδαση, ενώ εύκολα φτάνει κανείς στα Μάλια ή τη Χερσόνησο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι τόσο ευγενικός , φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος (ακόμη και για κράτηση τελευταίας στιγμής) που πραγματικά ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε. Αντώνη ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!Καλή...
